疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（8月7日）、「国内で新たにチクングニア熱の輸入症例1例が増えたが、この中部の40代台湾籍女性は、今（2025）年7月に中国広東省の仏山市と深圳市に友人を訪問して7月30日に台湾に戻ったが、31日に発熱の症状が現れ8月1日に紅疹や足首及び手足の痛みなどの症状により、病院を受診し入院治療を受けた。検体の検査により確定診断された。 患者は、既に治癒して退院しているが、8月26日まで観察を継続している。 得私営単位は調査により、患者は発症前の潜伏期間に広東省を旅行しており、広東省の友人を訪問している際に蚊に刺されたと述べており、中国からの輸入症例と判断された。 衛生単位は既に患者の住居に対する蚊密度調査や繁殖源清掃及び科学的予防治療活動を行っている」と発表。
疾管署は、「今年（2025年）8月6日時点では累計17例のチクングニア熱の確定症例が報告されているが、全て海外からの輸入であり、感染した国家ではインドネシアが13例と最多で、フィリピンの2例、スリランカ及び中国広東省（各1例）がこれに次ぐ；現在、輸入症例数は、過去6年間の同期（2020～2024年の同期は0～6例）と比して依然最多となっている。さらに、中国広東省におけるチクングニア熱の流行は深刻であり、7月8日に最初の輸入症例が報告されて以来、これまでに見つかった症例数は7,000例を超えています。直近の1週間（7月27日～8月2日）では、新規症例2,892例が報告され、仏山市において2,770例と最多を占めているが、省内の他都市でも症例が報告されるとともに、マカオと香港では輸入症例が報告されており、更にマカオでは現地症例も最近確認されたところだ。仏山市では最近、日々の新規感染者数が減少傾向にあるものの、依然として感染者数は高水準にある。疾管署は、中国広東省への国際渡航警戒レベルを「レベル2：警告（Alert）」に引き上げた」と指摘している。

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (August 7) that a new imported case of chikungunya virus (Chikungunya virus) has been reported in Taiwan. The patient is a Taiwanese woman in her 40s living in central Taiwan. She visited friends in Foshan and Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, in July 2025. She returned to Taiwan on July 30th and developed a fever on the 31st. On August 1st, she sought medical attention and was hospitalized for symptoms including a rash and pain in her ankles and limbs. She was subsequently diagnosed with the virus after testing. The case has recovered and been discharged from the hospital and will remain under surveillance until August 26. Health authorities have discovered that the case traveled to Guangdong Province, China, during the incubation period before becoming ill. Health authorities have completed mosquito density surveys, breeding source removal, and chemical control measures for individual households.
The CDC reported a total of 17 confirmed cases of chikungunya as of August 6 this year, all imported from abroad. The highest number of cases was from Indonesia (13 cases), followed by the Philippines (2 cases), Sri Lanka, and Guangdong Province, China (1 case each). The number of imported cases remains the highest in the past six years (ranging from 0 to 6 cases during the same period in 2020-2024). Furthermore, the chikungunya epidemic in Guangdong Province, China, is severe. Since the first imported case was reported on July 8, the cumulative number of cases has exceeded 7,000. In the past week (July 27-August 2), 2,892 new cases were reported, with the highest number in Foshan City (2,770 cases). 國內新增1例境外移入屈公病個案，籲請民眾前往流行地區落實防蚊措施，有疑似症狀請儘速就醫並告知旅遊史

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(7)日表示，國內新增1例屈公病境外移入病例，為居住中部地區40多歲本國籍女性，今(2025)年7月至中國廣東省佛山市及深圳拜訪友人，7月30日返臺，31日出現發燒症狀，8月1日因紅疹、腳踝及四肢疼痛等症狀就醫並住院治療，經採檢送驗後確診。個案目前已痊癒出院，將持續監測至8月26日。衛生單位調查發現，個案發病前之潛伏期於中國廣東省旅遊，且自述於廣東拜訪友人期間曾被蚊子叮咬，研判為中國境外移入個案。衛生單位已針對個案住家完成病媒蚊密度調查、孳生源清除及化學防治等工作。
疾管署指出，今年截至8月6日累計17例屈公病確定病例，均為境外移入，感染國家以印尼(13例)為多，其次為菲律賓(2例)、斯里蘭卡及中國廣東省(各1例)；目前境外移入病例數仍為近6年同期最高(2020-2024年同期介於0-6例)。此外，中國廣東省屈公病疫情嚴峻，自7/8報告首例移入病例以來，迄今累計逾7,000例病例，近1週(7/27-8/2)新增2,892例病例，以佛山市最多(2,770例)，該省其他城市近期陸續出現病例，並於澳門及香港等地報告移入病例，另澳門近日已出現本土病例。佛山市於近期每日新增病例數雖有呈現下降情形，惟病例數仍多。本署已提升中國廣東省之國際旅遊疫情建議等級至第二級：警示(Alert)。
