疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（7月1日）、「先週（6月24日～30日）、台湾ではMpoxの本土症例4例が増えたが、4例は台湾籍の30代男性で、居住地は北部の3例と南部の1例であり、発症日は6月17～23日の間であり、発疹や水疱、膿疱などの症状が相次ぎ出現したため、医師の評価後に検体採取と通報を経、疫学調査により、全員が出会い系アプリを通じて不特定の相手と性行為を行っていたことが判明、うち3例はM痘ワクチン未接種であったことが判明した。台湾では2022年6月23日からM痘が二類法定感染症に指定されているが、6月30日時点では、確診症例は計468例（本土症例437例、輸入症例31例）が確診されているが、うち今年に入ってからの報告症例数は16例（国内13例、輸入3例）となっており、市中感染のリスクが依然存在している。また、台湾はM-pox症例のウイルス型の監視を継続しており、クレードIIbが依然主流であるが、現時点では、クレードIは輸入症例からも本土症例からも確認されていない」と発表した。

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (July 1) that Taiwan added 4 local confirmed cases of Mpox last week (6/24-6/30). The local cases are Taiwanese men in their 30s, living in 3 northern counties and 1 southern county. The onset dates ranged from June 17 to June 23. Due to symptoms such as rashes, blisters, and pustules, the patients were tested and reported after evaluation by doctors. The epidemiological investigation found that all of them had had intimate behavior with unspecified objects through dating software, and 3 of them had never been vaccinated against M pox. Since June 23, 2022, Taiwan has classified M pox as a Category II statutory infectious disease. As of June 30, a total of 468 cases have been confirmed (437 local and 31 imported), of which 16 cases have been confirmed this year (13 local and 3 imported), indicating that the risk of community epidemic transmission continues. In addition, Taiwan continues to monitor the virus type of M-pox cases, and clade IIb is still the prevalent type. There are currently no overseas or local cases of clade I.

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(1)日公布國內上週(6/24-6/30)新增4例M痘(Mpox)本土確定病例，本土病例為本國籍30多歲男性，居住縣市為北部3例及南部1例，發病日介於6月17日至6月23日，因身體陸續出現皮疹、水泡、膿疱等症狀，經醫師評估後採檢通報，經疫調發現皆曾透過交友軟體與不特定對象發生親密行為，其中3例未曾接種過M痘疫苗。我國自2022年6月23日將M痘列為第二類法定傳染病，截至6月30日累計確診468例病例(437例本土及31例境外移入)，其中今年累計16例(13例本土及3例境外移入)，可見社區疫情傳播風險仍持續。另我國持續監測M痘病例之病毒型別，仍以clade IIb為流行型別，目前未有clade I型之境外或本土病例。
