疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は、2026年3月24日、新北市衛生局から、グラクソ・スミスクライン（GSK）台湾社製のインフルエンザワクチンの一部が白濁しているとの報告を受けたが当該ワクチンは接種されていない。
当該衛生局内の同一ロット番号（AFLUA915AA）のワクチン在庫を調査した結果、同様の問題を抱えるワクチンは他に確認されていない。疾管署は、直ちに食藥署（食品薬品管理署）に連絡し、調査および解明のための関連手続きを開始した。
食藥署の初歩評価に基づき、同一ロット番号のワクチンの予防接種への使用を一時的に停止することが推奨されている。
人々のワクチン接種における安全性を確保するため、疾管署は、同一ロット番号のワクチンを在庫している14の県・市衛生局に対し、その使用を一時停止するとともにワクチンの回収をする旨を通知すると同時に、管轄区域内の契約医療機関に対し、もし当該ロットのワクチンを保有している場合、暫時使用を中止し、回収ならびにワクチンの外観検査実施に協力し、濁りなどの異常が認められた場合は、衛生局と疾管署に積極的に報告してほしい。
現時点で疾管署は、これ以外に同様の報告をまだ受けていない。さらに、このロットのワクチン接種後に有害事象3件が報告されているが、いずれも60歳以上の人で、これら患者は接種後20日の間にそれぞれ、ギラン・バレー症候群（GBS）、全身性蕁麻疹、全身の倦怠感および疼痛を発症し、入院したが3例とも既に健康を回復している。
疾管署は「今回のロットに含まれるワクチン545,280回分が検査されたが、国の予防接種情報管理システム（NIIS）のデータによると、現在2,642回分のワクチンが在庫として保管されており、台北市、新北市、基隆市、宜蘭県、桃園市、新竹県、台中市、南投県、雲林県、嘉義県、嘉義市、屏東県、花蓮県、台東県の14の県・市に分散している。
疾管署は、衛生局に対し、実際の在庫状況を再確認するよう要請しているが、在庫にあることが確認された場合、未使用の全ワクチンを回収し、衛生局がこれを封印し、集

In response to the New Taipei City Government Health Bureau’s report of an abnormal appearance in one dose of influenza vaccine, CDC has notified health bureaus with remaining stock of the same batch of vaccine to temporarily suspend preventative use and has notified FDA to initiate an investigation to clarify the cause of the incident.

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) received a notification from the New Taipei City Health Bureau on March 24, 2026, regarding a dose of influenza vaccine manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Taiwan that appeared to be white and cloudy. This vaccine had not been administered. An investigation of the bureau’s inventory of vaccines with the same batch number (AFLUA915AA) revealed no other vaccines with similar issues.
CDC immediately notified the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to activate relevant mechanisms for investigation and clarification. Based on the FDA’s preliminary assessment, it is recommended that the preventative use of vaccines from the same batch number be temporarily suspended.
To ensure public vaccination safety, CDC has notified the health bureaus of 14 counties and cities that still have stock of vaccines from the same batch to temporarily suspend use and recall them.
Simultaneously, contracted medical institutions within the jurisdiction have been notified that if they have stock of this batch of vaccines, they should cooperate in temporarily suspending use, recalling the vaccines, and inspecting their appearance.
If you observe any turbidity or similar issues, please report them to the Health Bureau and CDC.
CDC has not yet received any other similar reports.
In addition, three adverse events following vaccination with this batch of vaccine were reported, all involving individuals over 60 years old. These individuals developed Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS), generalized urticaria, and general malaise and pain, respectively, and were hospitalized between the day of vaccination and 20 days after vaccination. All three cases have recovered.
CDC stated that
a total of 545,280 doses of vaccine in this batch were inspected. According to data from the National Immunization Information Management System (NIIS), there are currently 2,642 doses in stock, distributed across 14 counties and cities, including Taipei City, New Taipei City, Keelung City, Yilan County, Taoyuan City, Hsinchu County, Taichung City, Nantou County, Yunlin County, Chiayi County, Chiayi City, Pingtung County, Hualien County, and Taitung County. 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(115)年3月24日接獲新北市衛生局通知，發現1劑目測外觀呈現白色混濁之荷商葛蘭素史克藥廠股份有限公司台灣分公司(GSK)流感疫苗，該疫苗並未提供接種。經清查該局內庫存同批號(AFLUA915AA)疫苗，並未發現其他疫苗有類似情形。
疾管署立即通報食藥署啟動相關機制進行調查釐清，經食藥署初步研判，建議同批號疫苗預防性暫時停用。
為確保民眾接種安全，疾管署已通知仍有同批號庫存之14縣市衛生局暫時停用該批號疫苗並予以收回，同時轉知轄區合約醫療院所，如有庫存該批號疫苗，請配合暫時停用收回並檢視疫苗外觀，倘發現混濁等類似情形，請主動通報衛生局和疾管署。
目前疾管署尚未接獲其他類似通報。
另該批號疫苗接種後不良事件計通報3件，年齡均為60餘歲，分別於接種當日至接種後20日，出現格林-巴利症候群(GBS)、全身性蕁麻疹、全身倦怠與痠痛住院治療，3名個案均已康復。
疾管署表示，該批號疫苗共計驗收54萬5,280劑，根據全國性預防接種資訊管理系統(NIIS)資料顯示，目前庫存共計2,642劑，分布於14縣市，
