ヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ流行の予防管理活動をさらに一歩進めるため、国民の身体健康と生命の安全を保護するため、当委員会は、専門家により『ヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ流行予防管理規則（第一版）』の改定を進め『ヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ流行予防管理規則（第二版）』をまとめた。
ここに諸君に対し、印刷発布（電子版は国家衛生計画生育委員会ホームページ www.moh.gov.cnからダウンロードも可能）するので、これに照らして執行されたし。 2013年4月3日印刷の『ヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ流行予防管理規則（第一版）』（衛発明電[2013]9号）は、これを以て執行停止とする。

To further improve the human infection H7N9 avian influenza outbreak prevention and control work to protect the people’s health and safety of life, our commission organized the experts on revision of the “human infection H7N9 avian influenza outbreak prevention program (first edition)”. Here we are issuing this (second edition) for you, (Electronic version is available from the website of the National Health and Family Planning Commission at www.moh.gov.cn), please follow and implement this. The “Human Infection H7N9 Avian Influenza Prevention and Control Program (First Edition)” issued on April 3, 2013 (NHFPC issuance [2013] No. 9) are to be discontinued at the same time.

为进一步做好人感染H7N9禽流感疫情的预防控制工作， 保护人民群众的身体健康和生命安全， 我委组织专家对《人感染H7N9禽流感疫情防控方案 （第一版）》进行了修订， 形成了 《人感染H7N9禽流感疫情防控方案 （第二版）》。 现印发给你们 （电子版可从国家卫生和计划生育委员会网站 www.moh.gov.cn 下载）, 请遵照执行。 2013年4月3日印发的 《人感染H7N9禽流感防控方案 （第一版）》 （卫发明电 〔2013〕9号） 同时 停止 执行。
