6月5日，《证券日报》记者再一次走访了位于簋街的这家小龙坎分店。这家小龙坎分店于去年11月20日开业。“其实我们店里的明厨亮灶监控设备早就有了，开业之前相关部门就早已提出了要求，并不是‘口水油’曝光之后才安装的。”小龙坎簋街分店负责人对《证券日报》记者表示。
记者以顾客的身份自18：20分左右进入这家火锅店，店内已经有客人就餐。而记者就坐在监控显示屏附近，对这家火锅店的后厨进行了2个小时的观察。
