疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（6月30日）、「国内外におけるCOVID-19の感染者数の増加が続く中、夏季の旅行シーズンが間もなく到来するのにあたり、ウイルスへの感染リスクが高まっているが、現在台湾で使用されている公費ワクチンは、現在流行しているウイルス株に対する防御効果がある。
旅行を計画していて予防接種をまだ受けていない人は、この機会をとらえて早急に接種を受け、十分な保護をえるようにしてほしい」と発表した。
疾管署の観測データによると、
国内におけるCOVID-19が増加しており、第25週（6月21日～6月27日）のCOVID-19関連外来および救急外来受診者数は1,452人回、前週比43.8%増加した；
先週（6月23日～29日）は、国内感染による重症化例が8例確認されたが、国内感染による死亡例は報告されていない。
2025年10月以降、COVID-19による重症化例は累計で105例となり、うち16例が死亡している。
重症例の大部分は65歳以上（71.4%）と慢性疾患の既往歴のある人（81.9%）で、94.3%が今季のワクチン未接種者であった。
世界ではCOVID-19の陽性率がやや増加しているが、うち、西太平洋及び東地中海地区での陽性率が顕著に増加している；
近隣国家・地区の中国や香港、日本でも増加が見られ、韓国では低いレベルで上下動している。
世界で流現在行中の主要変異株はNB.1.8.1が主で、これにBA.3.2とJN.1が次いでいるが、近隣の中国や香港ではNB.1.8.1が占める比率が高くなっている。
更に、今年（2026年）6月28日時点で、今期の新型コロナワクチンの接種は累計で約172万8千人回、65歳以上の高齢者の接種率は第一剤完了者が20.97％、第二剤完了者が0.48％となっている。
疾管署は
「生後6ヶ月（180日）以上の人を対象としたワクチンの全国公費接種は今年7月31日まで継続されるが、ワクチンの在庫は約46万1千回分（単回投与型モデルナワクチン45万5千回分、ノババックスワクチン6千回分を含む）ある。
国民には、この機会を逃さず、早急にワクチン接種を受けてほしい。65歳以上の高齢者などのリスクが高い人、まだワクチン未接種の人、または初回接種から6ヶ月以上経過している人は、免疫力を高めるため、早急にワクチンの接種をしてほしい。
さらに、乳幼児用の多剤型モデルナワクチンは現在底をついており、衛生福利部感染症予防管理諮問委員会（ACIP）が本年6月24日

The Taiwan Centers for Disease Control (CDC) stated today (June 30) that, with the continued rise in COVID-19 cases both domestically and internationally, and the upcoming summer travel season increasing the risk of virus transmission, the publicly funded COVID-19 vaccines currently used in Taiwan still provide protection against the currently circulating strains of the virus.
Those planning to travel who have not yet been vaccinated are encouraged to take this opportunity to get vaccinated as soon as possible to obtain sufficient protection.
According to CDC,
the COVID-19 epidemic in Taiwan is on the rise. In the 25th week (June 21-27), there were 1,452 outpatient and emergency room visits related to COVID-19, a 43.8% increase compared to the previous week.
Last week (June 23-29), there were 8 new local cases of severe COVID-19 complications, with no new local deaths. Since October 2025, there have been a cumulative total of 105 local cases of severe COVID-19 complications, including 16 deaths.
Most severe cases are among those aged 65 and above (71.4%) and those with a history of chronic diseases (81.9%). 94.3% of these cases have not received the COVID-19 vaccine this season.
Globally, the COVID-19 positivity rate has recently shown a slight increase, with a significant increase in the Western Pacific and Eastern Mediterranean regions.
The epidemic is rising in neighboring countries/regions such as China, Hong Kong, and Japan, while the epidemic in South Korea is fluctuating at a low point. Globally, the predominant circulating variant is NB.1.8.1, followed by BA.3.2 and JN.1.
Neighboring countries such as China and Hong Kong have a higher proportion of NB.1.8.1.
Furthermore, as of June 28, 2026, approximately 1.728 million COVID-19 vaccines have been administered this season, with vaccination rates among those aged 65 and above at 20.97% for the first dose and 0.48% for the second dose.
CDC reminds the public that
the nationwide rollout of publicly funded COVID-19 vaccines to those 6 months (180 days) or older will continue until July 31 of this year. Furthermore, there is still approximately 461,000 doses of vaccine in stock (including 455,000 doses of Moderna single-dose vaccine and 6,000 doses of Novavax vaccine).
The public is encouraged to seize this opportunity and get vaccinated as soon as possible. Those at high risk, such as the elderly aged 65 and above, who have not yet been vaccinated or have received their first dose at least six months prior, are also urged to get vaccinated as soon as possible to enhance their immune protection. 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(30)日表示，國內外新冠疫情持續上升，且暑假旅遊旺季將至，病毒傳播風險增加，我國目前使用之公費新冠疫苗對於現行流行病毒株仍有保護力，有規劃旅遊且尚未接種之民眾可把握機會儘快接種，以獲得足夠保護力。
疾管署統計，
國內新冠疫情上升，第25週(6/21-6/27)新冠門急診就診計1,452人次，較前一週上升43.8%；
上週(6/23-6/29)新增8例新冠併發重症本土病例，無新增本土死亡病例。
114年10月起累計105例新冠併發重症本土病例，其中16例死亡，重症病例以65歲以上長者(占71.4%)及具慢性病史者(占81.9%)為多，94.3%未接種本季新冠疫苗。

疾管署提醒，
目前公費新冠疫苗擴大提供全國滿6個月(180天)以上民眾接種措施至今年7月31日止，且疫苗庫存尚約有46.1萬劑(包含Moderna疫苗單劑型45.5萬劑及Novavax疫苗0.6萬劑)，民眾可把握機會儘快接種，而65歲以上長者等高風險對象尚未接種或已接種第1劑且間隔達6個月，也呼籲儘快接種，以提升免疫保護力。
