05月31日、農業農村部 新聞弁公室は、貴州省黔南州 （宮本注： 黔南プイ族ミャオ族自治州）の都匀市が他省から不法搬入されたブタを押収したところ、アフリカ豚コレラが検出されたと発表。
05月31日、農業農村部は、中国動物疾病予防管理センターから、「黔南州が蘭海高速（蘭州～海口を結ぶ高速道路）の都匀南出口から10キロの地点で、強行突破しようとした一両の不法車両を検挙したところ、 車には32頭のブタが積まれており、うち1頭が発病、1頭が病死していた。 貴州省動物疾病予防管理センターの確診を経て、 当該車両に積まれていたブタの中からアフリカ豚コレラが検出されたが、初期調査によると、 この車両に乗っていたブタは他省の荷主から購入し、 不法に貴州省に越境しようとしたものであった」との報告を受けた。
アフリカ豚コレラ発生後、 農業農村部は直ちに監督指導グループを現地に派遣し、対処と疫学調査活動の指導にあたらせている。既に現地は要求に従い、緊急対応メカニズムを起動させており、封鎖や殺処分、無害化処理、消毒などの措置を講じており、病死ブタと殺処分されたブタの無害化処理が進められている。 同時に、ブタ及びその製品の封鎖区からの出入りが禁止され、生きている ブタの封鎖区への搬入も禁止さ

On May 31, 2019, The Information Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs announced that the city of Duyun, Qiannan Prefecture, Guizhou Province detected African Swine Fever from the pigs illegally transported into the province.
On May 31, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs received a report from the China Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center. Qiannan government seized a vehicle that tried to illegally break through a police cordon 10 kilometers away from the Duyun South exit. There were 32 pigs on the car, of which one (1) pig got sick and 1 died. The Guizhou Provincial Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center detected some pig(s) got African Swine Fever from the loaded pigs on the vehicle. According to preliminary investigations, the pigs loaded on the vehicle were purchased from the shippers in another province and illegally transported into Guizhou.

农业农村部 新闻办公室 5月31日发布， 贵州省黔南州都匀市在截获的外省非法运入生猪中排查出非洲猪瘟疫情。
5月31日， 农业农村部接到中国动物疫病预防控制中心报告，黔南州在兰海高速距离都匀南出口10公里处截获一辆非法冲关车辆， 车上共有32头生猪， 其中发病1头， 死亡 1头。 经贵州省动物疫病预防控制中心确诊， 从该车所载生猪中排查出非洲猪瘟疫情。 据初步调查， 该批生猪由货主从外省收购并非法运入贵州。
疫情发生后， 农业农村部立即指导当地开展疫情处置督导和流行病学调查工作。 当地已按照要求启动应急响应机
