疾病管制署（以下「疾管署」）は本日（3月18日）、「今年（2025年）第11週（3月9日～15日）に、インフルエンザ様症状を伴う外来救急受診者数が約10万9千人回となり、最近は下降の趨勢にあるが、未だに流行期にある；実験室のデータによると、現在社区（コミュニティ）で蔓延している呼吸器疾患の病原体はインフルエンザウイルスが主であり、A型H1N1が最も多い。最近、インフルエンザ合併症による重症者数や死者数は依然と高水準にあるが、先週（3月11日～3月17日）は、新たに重症患者45例と死者15例が報告された。新規感染者と死亡者の大半はH1N1感染によるものだった。今シーズンのインフルエンザでは、2024年10月1日から2025年3月17日までに、重症者計1,152例（A型H1N1が1,075例、A型H3N2 は54例、A型未分類9例（宮本注：先週より1例減少しているが？）、B型14例）が報告され、その大半は65歳以上（58％）となっており、更に死亡者累計は254例（A型H1N1型が243例、A型H3N2型8例、B型3例）となった。

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (March 18) that in the 11th week (March 9 to March 15) of this year (2025), there were approximately 108,000 influenza-like outpatient and emergency department visits, which has been on a downward trend recently, but is still in the epidemic period; according to laboratory monitoring data, the respiratory pathogens currently prevalent in the community are mainly influenza viruses, among which type A H1N1 is the most common. The number of severe cases and deaths associated with influenza remains high recently. Last week (3/11-3/17), there were 45 new severe cases and 15 deaths. Most of the new cases and deaths were caused by H1N1 infection. From October 1, 2024 to March 17, 2025, this influenza season has accumulated 1,152 severe cases (1,075 cases of type A H1N1, 54 cases of type A H3N2, 9 cases of unclassified type A, and 14 cases of type B). The majority of the patients are over 65 years old (accounting for 58%). There have been a total of 254 deaths (243 cases of type A H1N1, 8 cases of type A H3N2, and 3 cases of type B).

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(18)日表示，今(2025)年第11週(3/9-3/15)類流感門急診就診約10萬8千餘人次，近期呈下降趨勢，惟仍處流行期；依實驗室監測資料顯示，目前社區中流行之呼吸道病原體以流感病毒為主，其中以A型H1N1為多。近期流感併發重症病例數及死亡數仍多，上週(3/11-3/17)新增45例重症病例，15例死亡，新增病例及死亡個案均以感染H1N1為多。本流感季自2024/10/1起截至2025/3/17累計1,152例重症病例(1,075例A型H1N1、54例A型H3N2、9例A型未分型、14例B型)，年齡層以65歲以上長者為多(占58%)，另死亡病例累計254例(243例A型H1N1、8例A型H3N2、3例B型)。
