疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（4月22日）、「今年（2025年）時点で、チクングニア熱の輸入症例数は11例に上り、2007年10月の法定感染症指定以来最多となったが、染地域は東南アジア諸国が主で、インドネシアが最多である。更に、デング熱輸入症例は計44例となっており、過去5
年間で2番目に多い数となった。チクングニア熱およびデング熱の海外からの輸入リスクは依然高く、流行地域への渡航時には防蚊対策をしっかりせねばならない。帰国後に体調不良になった場合、直ちに病院を受診し、早期の報告・診断・治療のために、TOCC（渡航歴、職歴、接触歴、集団歴）を自主的に医師に告知せねばならない。
疾管署統計によると、今年（2025年）4月21日現在、チクングニア熱の確定症例は累計で11例、いずれも海外からの輸入例である。感染国はインドネシア（9例）が最多で、フィリピンとスリランカ（それぞれ1例）がこれに次いでいる。デング熱に関しては、先週、新たに輸入症例2例が確認されたがインドネシアで感染したものだった；今年（2025年）4月21日現在、累計44例が確定診断されているが、すべ

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (April 22) that so far this year (2025), there have been 11 imported cases of chikungunya, the highest number since it was listed as a statutory infectious disease in October 2007. the infection areas are mainly Southeast Asian countries, with Indonesia being the most. In addition, there were 44 imported cases of dengue fever, the second highest in the past five years. The risk of dengue fever and dengue fever being imported from abroad continues. The public is urged to take mosquito prevention measures if they travel to epidemic areas. 疾病管制署今(22)日表示，今(2025)年截至目前累計11例境外移入屈公病病例，為2007年10月列入法定傳染病以來同期新高，感染地以東南亞國家為主，以印尼為多，另累計44例境外移入登革熱，為近5年來次高，屈公病及登革熱境外移入風險持續，呼籲民眾如前往流行地區，應做好防蚊措施，返國後如有不適，應儘速就醫並主動告知醫師TOCC(旅遊史、職業史、接觸史、群聚史)，以利及早通報、診斷及治療。
