国家衛生及び計画生育委員会は3月31日、上海市と安徽省で3人がH7N9型鳥インフルエンザに感染したと発表した。
上海市の患者李さんは、87歳の男性で、2月19日に発病し、3月4日に懸命の救急治療の効果なく死亡した。（また、）上海市では27歳の男性患者が2月27日に発病し、3月10日に懸命の救急治療の効果なく死亡した。安徽省滁州市の35歳の女性は、3月15日に発病し、現在危篤状態で、江蘇南京にて救急治療中だ。3人の臨床症状は、早期に発熱や咳などの呼吸道感染症状を呈し、その後重篤な肺炎と呼吸困難に進展していた。 3月29日午後、中国疾病管理センター（以下中国CDC）は、対象患者のサンプルからH7N9型の鳥インフルエンザウィルスを発見した。 3月30日、国家衛生と計画生育委員会組織の専門家は、患者の臨床症状やラボでの検査及び疫学調査の結果、3名の患者は等しくH7N9型の鳥インフルエンザであると診断した。 現在、3名の患者間の疫学的関係は見つかっていない。
この報告に接した後、国家衛生と計画生育委員会は高度にこれを重視し、直ちに専門家グループを現地に派遣し、全力で臨床治療と流行に対する応急処置工作の指導に当たらせている；グループの専門家はリスク評価をし、流行の形勢を研究破断している。 現在、上海と安徽省、江蘇省の三省市衛生部門はわが委員会の要求に基づき、患者の臨床治療や密接接触者の追跡と医学的観察及び観察、流行のモニタリングなどの応急処置の措置を継続実施している。 これまでのところ3名の患者と密接接触のあった88名にはいずれも異常な状態が発生していない。

Current situation: Hospitalized in Nanjing city of Jiangsu province for active treatment but in critical situation.
Clinical manifestations for these three (3) cases are early onset of fever, cough and other symptoms of respiratory infections, and the easy development to severe pneumonia and/or dyspnea. On the afternoon of March 29, the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) isolated the H7N9 avian influenza virus from the specimens of the relevant cases. On March 30, the National Health and Family Planning Commission organized experts to diagnose three cases as human infection with H7N9 avian flu based on clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and epidemiological findings. At present, no epidemiological association was found between the 3 cases.
After receiving the report, the National HFPC attaches great importance to it and immediately sent a team of experts to the local sites for guiding and helping local medical and relevant institutions to carry out clinical treatment and emergency response work; experts by developing its risk assessment, evaluated the epidemic. At present, Shanghai, Anhui and Jiangsu three (3) provinces and municipal health departments are, based on our commission’s request, continuously implement the clinical treatment for the patients, closely tracking the contacted persons with the cases and medical observation for them, epidemic monitoring and other emergency measures required. Up to now, all the 88 close contacts with the cases has not shown any abnormal situation.

上海市患者李某，男，87岁，2月19日发病，3月4日经积极抢救无效死亡。上海市患者吴某，男，27岁，2月27日发病，3月10日经积极抢救无效死亡。安徽省滁州市患者韩某，女，35岁，3月15日发病，目前病情危重，正在江苏南京积极救治。3例病例临床表现均为早期出现发热、咳嗽等呼吸道感染症状，进而发展为严重肺炎和呼吸困难。3月29日下午，中国疾病预防控制中心从相关病例的标本中分离到H7N9禽流感病毒。3月30日，国家卫生和计划生育委员会组织专家，根据病例的临床表现、实验室检测和流行病学调查结果，诊断3名患者为人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例。目前，未发现3例病例之间有流行病学关联。
接报后，国家卫生和计划生育委员会高度重视，立即派出专家组赶赴当地指导协助全力开展临床救治和疫情应急处置工作；研究落实各项疫情处置措施；组织专家开展风险评估，研判疫情形势。目前，上海、安徽、江苏三省市卫生部门正按照我委要求，继续落实患者临床救治、密切接触者追踪和医学观察、疫情监测等应急处置措施。截至目前，3例病例的88名密切接触者均未发现异常情况。
