京華時報発： 国家衛生計画生育委員会は昨日、 上海と安徽省で3名のヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者が発生したと伝えた。 うち2名は治療の回なく死亡、 1名が重体。 これまでのところ3名の患者と密接接触のあったもの88名には異常がみられていない。 上述の症例は、 状況に関連してWHOや香港マカオ台湾地区と関連国家にも通報されている。 国内外で初のヒト感染の症例になる。 中国CDCは、これまでの限定的な証拠から当該ウィルスが公衆に感染するリスクは比較的低いものと推測。

中国CDCウィルス制御センターの舒跃龍副所長は、 症例が極めて限られているために、 現時点ではこのウィルスの毒性を評価するのは非常に難しい。 現在判っていることは人間に重傷な肺炎を引き起こすことであり、 更に多くの疫学的臨床に基づく根拠が必要であり、 そうなればウィルスの毒性が評価できるようになる。

The National Health and Family Planning Commission (HFPC) yesterday informed that three cases of H7N9 avian flu were reported in Shanghai and Anhui. Two (2) of them died, one is critically ill. Up to now, 88 close contacts of these cases has not shown abnormality yet. The situation of the above cases has been promptly informed to the World Health Organization, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and the relevant countries. This becomes the first case, at home and abroad, of human infection case. China CDC said, according to the limited evidence of today, that the public infection risk to the virus is low.
