疾病管制署（以下「疾管署」）は本日（3月11日）「全国の下痢症救急外来受診者数が2週連続で加工の趨勢にあるとはいえ過去5年間の最多となっており、手指と食品の衛生を良好に保ち、環境の消毒と精巣を実施するよう注意喚起している。もし下痢や嘔吐などの症状が現れた場合、早急に病院を受診し、腸管感染症の伝染リスクを減らすために、病気のときは自宅で休養するようにし；飲食・宿泊業者は、環境と従業員の衛生管理を強化し、従業員及び人々の健康を確保するように」と発表した。
疾管署の監視データによると、本年第10週（3月2日～3月8日）に台湾で下痢による救急外来受診者数は255,775人回で、前週の281,132人回
から9.0％下降しているが、依然として過去5年間（2021～2025年）の同期最多となっている；また直近4週間（第7週～第10週）に全国で報告された下痢症クラスターは計274件あり、これも過去5年の同期として最多となった。飲食業と宿泊業での発生が最多だが、このうち病原体検査で陽性となったのは156件で、その大半がノロウイルス（152件、97.4％）だった。

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) said today (March 11) that though the number of outpatient and emergency visits for diarrhea has been declining for two consecutive weeks, it is still the highest in the past five years, and reminded the public to ensure good hand and food hygiene and implement environmental disinfection and cleaning. If you experience symptoms such as diarrhea, vomiting, etc., seek medical attention as soon as possible and implement the policy of staying at home when you are sick to reduce the risk of transmission of intestinal infectious diseases; catering and accommodation operators must strengthen environmental and employee hygiene management to ensure the health of employees and the public.
Monitoring data from the CDC shows that in the 10th week of this year (March 2 to March 8), there were 255,775 outpatient visits for diarrhea in Taiwan, a 9.0% decrease from the 281,132 visits in the previous week, which is still the highest in the same period in the past five years (2021 to 2025); In addition, a total of 274 cases of diarrhea clusters were reported nationwide in the past four weeks (weeks 7 to 10), which is also the highest in the same period in the past five years. The most cases occurred in the catering and hotel industries. Among them, there were 156 cases with positive pathogen tests, with the majority being norovirus (152 cases, accounting for 97.4%).

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(11)日表示，全國腹瀉門急診就診人次雖已連續2週呈下降趨勢，但仍為近5年最高，提醒民眾務必注意手部及飲食衛生，落實環境消毒清理，如有水瀉、嘔吐等不適症狀，請儘速就醫及落實生病在家休息，以降低腸道傳染病傳播風險；餐飲及旅宿業者務必加強環境衛生及員工健康管理，確保員工及民眾健康。
