一、 中国全土のコロナ重症者・死者の報告状況
2025年1月1日～1月31日、全国31省（自治区、直轄市）及び新疆生産建設兵団は、新たに重症者112例、死者7例（宮本注：前月比で『重傷者』は4倍に増、『死者』数はほぼ4割減に）、うち、新型コロナウイルス感染による呼吸機能不全で死亡したもの1例、基礎疾患との合併症による死亡は3例を報告した。
二、 全国の発熱外来（診察室）の診療状況
2025年1月1日～1月31日、全国31省（自治区、直轄市）及び新疆生産建設兵団の発熱外来（診察室）受診者数は全体的に減少傾向を示した。1月1日～1月5日は11万7千人から13万8千人（今月最高値）の間で上下し、その後1月28日には5万2千人（当月最低値）に、となるが1月31日には6万9千人まで下降した。

1. National COVID-19 Infection Severe Cases and Death Cases Reporting Situation
From January 1 to January 31, 2025, 33,218 new confirmed cases were reported in 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, including 163 severe cases and 4 deaths (including one death from respiratory failure caused by COVID-19 infection and three deaths from underlying diseases combined with COVID-19 infection). The overall epidemic situation showed a fluctuating downward trend.
2. Diagnosis and treatment of fever clinics (clinics) across the country
From January 1 to January 31, 2025, the number of patients treated in fever clinics (examination rooms) in 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps showed a fluctuating downward trend. From January 1 to January 5, it fluctuated between 117,000 and 138,000 (the highest this month), and then fluctuated and fell to 52,000 on January 28 (the lowest this month), and 69,000 on January 31.

一、全国新冠病毒感染重症和死亡病例报告情况
2025年1月1日-1月31日，全国31个省（自治区、直辖市）及新疆生产建设兵团报告新增确诊病例33218例，其中重症病例163例、死亡病例4例（其中新冠病毒感染导致呼吸功能衰竭死亡病例1例、基础疾病合并新冠病毒感染死亡病例3例），疫情总体呈波动下降趋势。
二、全国发热门诊（诊室）诊疗情况
2025年1月1日-1月31日，全国31个省（自治区、直辖市）及新疆生产建设兵团发热门诊（诊室）诊疗量总体呈波动下降趋势。1月1日至1月5日在11.7万至13.8万（本月最高）之间波动，随后波动下降至1月28日的5.2万（本月最低），1月31日为6.9万。
