国家疾病预防控制局は12月18日、2024年11月度の全国法定伝染病情報を発布。

中国国家疾病预防控制局12月18日発表に基づき、2024年11月度（11月1日～30日分）のデータを加え、2008年からの推移、月別発症・死亡者数の推移をグラフ化しています。
中国における 『日本脳炎』 （2024年11月）：
日本脳炎は中国では乙型脳炎（B型脳炎）と呼ばれる。 蚊に刺されることで感染するため、夏場に患者が多くなる。
2016年は、2015年の 2倍を超える 1237人となり、
2017年は1,417人となった。
2018年度は1800人に調整された（7％強の削除：前年比では27％増）。2019年に発症者数416人（死者数13人）となり、2020年288例、2021年207例、2022年146例、2023年205例となり減少から増加にリバウンド？
2024年11月度は2009年以来ベスト5となる発症13（死亡0）例と低いレベルが続く。本当にこれだけ？と疑いたくなるが中国の蚊対策の成果で本当にコガタアカイエカが消滅してしまったのだろうか？

According to the National Administration of Disease Control and Prevention (NDCPA)’s monthly report of “Reportable Infectious Disease in China, Nov. 2024” issued on Dec. 18, 2024, we visualized the past several years’ diagnosed cases / Death case in several slides (PDF style).
“Japanese Encephalitis” in mainland China:
Since this Infectious disease is infected through mosquito, the case being diagnosed will increase in the summer season.
From the third peak of 2007, Diagnosed cases and death is decreasing year by year.
Followings are year-base number of incidents;
2016: 1237 (more than doubled when compared to 2016),
2017: 1244,
2017: 1417,
2018: 1800,
2019: 416,
2020: 288,
2021: 207,
2022: 146,
