国家疾病预防控制局は4月21日、2025年3月度の全国法定伝染病情報を発布した。
中国国家疾病预防控制局4月21日発表に基づき、2025年3月度（3月1日～31日分）のデータを加え、2008年からの推移、月別発症・死亡者数の推移をグラフ化しています。
中国 乙13： 肺結核 （2025年3月度）：
2008年から2008年の 117万例から毎年 数万例ずつ 減少の 傾向 にあるとされているが、 毎年28～42万例の患者が「なかった形」にされている ことにより 減少しているのか、 毎年 これだけの人数が『誤診』されていただけなのか、 真に減少しているのかは 不明。
2017年度は 月報の年間累計患者数では 1,124,707例だったが、 ここから 29万人が なかったものに『年末調整（削除）』 されたため 83.5万例となり、 前年より 1000人だけだが、減少した形 にされているようだ。
2018年年末着地（累計ベース）では、 111.1万人となったが、年報では、 やはり 予想通りの 29万人を 消し去って 「823,342人」と『減少した形』にされている。
2019年も26万人が削除され、発症者775,764人となったが、削除数は予想の20万人を上回った。
2020年は20万6千人が削除され、発症者775,764例となった。2020年も20万6千例が削除され、670,538例となり、以後毎年減少し、2021年は639,548例、2022年は560,847例に、死者数は2205例と累計数値の半分になった。2023年は613,091例（死者2,167例！！）。 2024年は速報ベースだが702,565例（死者3,471例）に。但し発症者16万例、死者1800例が削除された上での数字であることに注意を。

2025年3月度は、2009年来のベスト記録となる発症59,479例に（ただし死亡239例は過去ワースト5の記録）に。中国の結核治療力が落ちて死者が急増しているのだろうか？

According to the National Administration of Disease Control and Prevention (NDCPA)’s monthly report of “Reportable Infectious Disease in China, Mar. 2025” issued on Apr. 21, 2025, we visualized the past several years’ diagnosed cases / Death case in several slides (PDF style).
“Lung Tuberculosis” in mainland China:
From 1.17 million cases of the year 2008, the figures show reduction tendency.
Every year’s yearly report, however, show 280 to 420 thousands are erased or every year there are so many diagnostic errors, to which we outsiders cannot understand.
Based on every month’s monthly report, the accumulated number of the case for this disease is 1.12 million. This result, however, contradicts against the tendency of decrease. Maybe the National HFPC will erase 0.3 million cases as if there was no such cases, as only by cutting this 300,000 cases they can say Lung Tuberculosis in China is decreasing. Anyway, let’s see the yearly report which will be published in mid February.
Accumulated number of the cases in the year 2018 was 1.11 million peoples. We, however, know that the Chinese government wants to say this disease has been decreasing for long years, they will do adjust the patients by erasing some ten thousands.
Actually, they have cut 287,317 patients as if they have not been existing at all.
In the year 2020, the final number of the cases were 670,538, which means 206K cases were deleted unfortunately
Y2021: 639548
Y2022: 560847
Y2023: 613091
Y2024: 702,565 (Tentative).
In March 2025, there are;
Diagnosed cases: 59,479 cases (the best monthly record since 2009),
Death cases： 239 cases (the 5th-worst monthly record since 2009).

根据中国国家疾病预防控制局4月21日公布的数据，可视化了从2008年到现在的「发病人/死亡例变迁」图表。
中国的 『肺结核』 ：
从 2008年的117万人，显示每年几万人减少的倾向。
2017年，根据 卫生计生委 公开的 信息，发病累积人数 是 1,124,707人
可是， 在 「每年的年报」上， 28万 到 42万 的 患者 被消去 或者 每年 存在这么大量的 「被误诊的人」， 这是 对外部人来说 很难理解。
实际上 2018年 2月份 公开的 2017年 感染病 「年报」上 「29万例的年末调整（删除）」了。 结果， 公开的 实绩 成了 83.5万例 这是 比2016年 减少了 一千人。
2018年 发病人数累积 达到了1,110,749例。
