疾病管制署（以下「疾管署」）は本日2月4日、「中部の病院における麻疹クラスターの新規症例は1月11日以降出ておらず、初発症例と同フライトの確定症例1例及び病院関連の接触者18例を含む計20例が確認症例となったが全員の監視期間は1月31日に終了している」と発表した。

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (4) that there have been no new cases of the measles cluster at Central Hospital since January 11, with a total of 20 confirmed cases, including the index case, 1 confirmed case on the same flight, and 18 hospital-related contacts. The monitoring period for all cases expired on January 31.
