衛生福利部 www.mohw.gov.tw 2025-04-06 來源： 疾病管制署疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（5月6日）「夏が近づくにつれ、国内における腸病毒の流行が緩やかな増加傾向にあり、疾管署の観測データによると、第18週（4月27日～5月3日）の腸病毒外来受診者数は3,762人回となり、最近わずかに増加している。過去4週間の実験室のモニタリングでは、検出された腸病毒はコクサッキーウイルスA16型が主で、コクサッキーウイルスA6型、エコーウイルス11型がこれに続き、更に他の腸病毒も検出されている。今年は、腸病毒の重症症4例（うち死亡3例）が確認されているが、うち3例はエコーウイルス11型、1例はコクサッキーB5型に感染していた。このうち2例は生後１カ月未満の新生児であった。国民は、新生児や幼児における腸病毒重症化の前駆症状に注意を払うように」と発表した。

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) said today (May 6) that as the summer approaches, the domestic enterovirus epidemic is showing a slow upward trend. As the summer approaches, the domestic enterovirus epidemic is showing a slow upward trend. Laboratory monitoring in the past four weeks showed that the majority of enteroviruses were coxsackie A16, followed by coxsackie A6 and ecovirus 11, and other types of enterovirus were also detected. This year, there have been a total of 4 confirmed cases of enterovirus infection with severe symptoms (including 3 deaths), 3 cases of Echovirus-11 and 1 case of Coxsackie B5, 2 of which were newborns less than 1 month old. The CDC reminds that enterovirus is highly contagious and both adults and children are at risk of infection. 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(6)日表示，隨著時序進入夏季，國內腸病毒疫情呈現緩升趨勢，依據疾管署監測資料顯示，第18週(4月27日至5月3日)腸病毒門急診就診計3,762人次，近期自低點略升。近四週實驗室監測顯示腸病毒以克沙奇A16型為多，其次為克沙奇A6型及伊科病毒11型，亦檢出其他型別腸病毒。今年累計4例腸病毒感染併發重症確定病例(含3例死亡)，分別感染伊科病毒11型3例及克沙奇B5型1例，其中2例為出生未滿1個月新生兒，籲請民眾留意新生兒及幼童腸病毒重症前兆病徵。
疾管署提醒，腸病毒傳染力強，無論成人、小孩都有感染風險，尤以家庭手足間、人與人密切接觸與互動頻繁的場所如校園、托嬰中心及安親班等最容易傳播。隨著腸病毒流行風險增加，請教托育機構做好因應腸病毒流行
