疾病管制署（以下「疾管署」）は本日（3月25日）「全国の下痢症救急外来受診者数が下降の趨勢にあるとはいえ、過去5年間（2021年～2025年）の最多となっており、国民は手指や飲食の衛生、環境の消毒清掃を実施し、もし、下痢や嘔吐等の不快症状がある場合、直ちに病院を受診し、自宅で休養をとり；飲食・宿泊業者は厨房環境の消毒・清掃の実施、従業員及び人々の健康管理を強化せねばならない」と発表した。
疾管署の監視データによると、本年第12週（3月16日～3月22日）に台湾で下痢による救急外来受診者数は186,708人回で、前週の213,782人回から12.7％下降している;また直近4週間（第9週～第12週）に全国で報告された下痢症クラスターは計176件あった。飲食業と宿泊業での発生が最多だが、このう

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) said today (March 25) that though the number of outpatient and emergency visits for diarrhea has been declining, it is still the highest in the past five years (2021-2025). The public is reminded to implement hand and food hygiene and environmental disinfection and cleaning. If you have symptoms such as watery diarrhea or vomiting, please seek medical treatment as soon as possible and rest at home when sick; Catering and hotel operators must strengthen environmental sanitation and employee health management to ensure the health of employees and the public.
Monitoring data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shows that in the 12th week of this year (2025) (March 16 to March 22) in Taiwan, there were 186,708 diarrheal outpatient and emergency visits, a 12.7% decrease from the 213,782 visits in the previous week. 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(25)日表示，全國腹瀉門急診就診人次雖呈下降趨勢，但仍為近5年(2021至2025年)最高，提醒民眾務必落實手部、飲食衛生及環境消毒清理，如有水瀉、嘔吐等不適症狀，請儘速就醫及落實生病在家休息；餐飲及旅宿業者務必加強環境衛生及員工健康管理，確保員工及民眾健康。
