疾病管制署（以下「疾管署」）は本日（3月18日）「全国の下痢症救急外来受診者数が3週連続で下降の趨勢にあるとはいえ過去5年間の最多となっている。疾管署の監視データによると、本年第11週（3月9日～3月15日）に台湾で下痢による救急外来受診者数は211,256人回で、前週の258,896人回から18.4％下降しているが、依然として過去5年間（2021～2025年）の同期最多となっている；また直近4週間（第8週～第11週）に全国で報告された下痢症クラスターは計242件あり、これも過去5年の同期として最多となっている。飲食業と宿泊業での発生が最多だが、このうち病原体検査で陽性となったのは152件で、その大半がノロウイルス（150件、98.7％）だった。

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) said today (March 18) that though the number of outpatient and emergency visits for diarrhea has been declining for three consecutive weeks, it is still the highest in the past five years. Monitoring data from the CDC shows that in the 11th week of this year (March 9 to March 15), there were 211,256 outpatient visits for diarrhea in Taiwan, a 18.4% decrease from the 258,896 visits in the previous week, which is still the highest in the same period in the past five years (2021 to 2025); In addition, a total of 242 cases of diarrhea clusters were reported nationwide in the past four weeks (weeks 8 to 11), which is also the highest in the same period in the past five years. The most cases occurred in the catering and hotel industries. Among them, there were 152 cases with positive pathogen tests, with the majority being norovirus (150 cases, accounting for 98.7%).

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(18)日表示，全國腹瀉門急診就診人次已連續3週呈下降趨勢，但仍為近5年最高。疾管署監測資料顯示，國內今(2025)年第11週(3月9日至3月15日)腹瀉門急診就診 211,256 人次，較前一週258,896人次下降18.4%，仍為近5年(2021至2025年)同期最高；另全國近四週(第8週至第11週)共接獲 242 起腹瀉群聚通報案件，亦為近5年同期最高，發生場所以餐飲旅宿業最多，其中病原體檢驗陽性案件計 152 起，以檢出諾羅病毒(150件，占98.7%)為多。
