疾病管制署（以下、疾管署）は本日（1月10日）、「国内で新たに麻疹の確診症例3例が見つかったが、全て中部の病院クラスターと関連するもので、それぞれ30代女性（症例1）、20代男性（症例2）および40代男性（症例3）となるが、1月1日から6日の間に発症しており、1月3日から7日の間に発疹が現れていた。うち症例1、症例2は病院の看護スタッフ、症例3は、同じ病棟で陽性と判明した患者に同行していた家族であり、全員が以前に接触者と判明。中部の病院クラスターでは、2024年12月10日に発表された初発症例、同じ便での確認症例1件、その後の病院での確認症例17件を含め、これまでに合計19件の症例が確認されている。現在、新規症例は当該病院での接触者に依然限られており、流行拡大の兆候はない。全員の観察は2025年1月29日まで継続される。
疾管署統計によると、台湾では今年（2025年）1月9日までに累計で4例の麻疹症例がでているが、全て中部の某病院の麻疹クラスター関連患者である； 昨年（2024年）の確診症例は20代から50代までの麻疹症例32例（宮本注：1月7日発表では33例でしたが、本土症例1例分が差し引きされたようです）が発生

The new cases of measles hospital cluster are limited to contacts of the hospital, and there is no expansion of the epidemic. We have sufficient public MMR vaccine for young children now, no need to panic excessively. High-risk groups are recommended to be vaccinated according to the doctor’s evaluation.

The Department of Disease Control (hereinafter referred to as the CDC) announced today (January 10) that Taiwan added 3 new confirmed cases of measles, All of them are related to the cluster incident in the Central Hospital, consisting of a woman in her 30s (Case 1), a man in his 20s (Case 2), and a man in his 40s (Case 3). They developed symptoms between January 1 and 6 and had rashes between January 3 and 7. Case 1 and Case 2 involved hospital nurses and Case 3 is a family member who accompanied the confirmed case in the same ward, and all of them were previously identified contacts. A total of 19 cases have been confirmed in the Central Hospital cluster incident so far, including the index case announced on December 10, 2024, 1 confirmed case on the same flight, and 17 confirmed cases in subsequent hospitals. Currently, new cases are still limited to contacts with the hospital, and there is no sign of the epidemic expanding. The case will continue to be monitored until January 29, 2025.

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(10)日公布國內新增3例麻疹確定病例，皆與中部醫院群聚事件相關，分別為30多歲女性(案1)、20多歲男性(案2)和40多歲男性(案3)，於1月1日至6日間發病，1月3日至7日間出疹。其中案1、案2為醫院護理人員，案3為確診個案同病房陪病家屬，均為之前已匡列的接觸者。中部醫院群聚事件迄今共計確診19例，包含2024年12月10日公布之指標個案、同班機確診者1例，以及後續醫院相關確診者17例，目前新增病例仍限該醫院接觸者，並無疫情擴大之情形，全案將持續監測至2025年1月29日。
