疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（4月8日）、「先週、国内で新たに麻疹患者3例（輸入症例2例、国内感染1例）が確認された。3月25日～4月1日の間に発症し、3月25日から4月3日の間に発疹が現れた。輸入例は20代女性と30代男性だが、いずれもベトナムから持ち込まれていた。帰国後に発熱や発疹、咽頭痛、咳等の症状が現れ、診察の結果診断が確定した；国内の感染者は北部の20代男性で、最近の海外渡航歴はないが、友人が海外から輸入された麻疹患者の医療上の接触者であり、感染源は未だ明らかになっていない。衛生単位は、既に感染者の家族や職場、医療関係者、航空機関連の接触者を特定しており、追跡を続けてゆくが、観察は4月22日まで続けられる予定だ」と発表した。

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (April 8) that Taiwan reported newly confirmed 3 cases of measles (2 imported cases and 1 domestic infection). The symptoms occurred between March 25 and April 1, and the rash appeared between March 25 and April 3. The imported cases are a woman in her 20s and a man in his 30s, both of whom were imported from Vietnam. They developed fever, rash, sore throat, cough and so on after returning to Taiwan, and was diagnosed after medical examination; The domestic infection case is a male in his 20s from the north who has no recent history of overseas travel. 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(8)日公布國內上週新增3例麻疹確定病例（2例境外移入及1例國內感染），於3月25日至4月1日間發病， 3月25日至4月3日間出疹。境外移入個案為20多歲女性及30多歲男性，均為越南境外移入，因返國後出現發燒、出疹、喉嚨痛、咳嗽等症狀，經就醫通報檢驗確診；國內感染個案為北部20多歲男性，近期無國外旅遊史，惟其友人曾為麻疹境外移入個案之就醫接觸者，感染源待釐清。衛生單位已掌握上述個案同住家人、職場、就醫及航空器相關接觸者並將持續進行追蹤，預計監測至４月22日。
