疾病管制署（以下「疾管署」）は、本日3月11日、国内で今年（2025年）2例目となる新たなハンタウイルス症候群患者が出たと発表。患者は北部在住の20代男性だが、潜伏期中に渡航歴はなく、主な活動は職場と自宅周辺であるが、自宅にはネズミの痕跡は無い閉じ術している。患者は、2月15日に発熱や頭痛、食欲不振と下痢などの症状が相次ぎ現れ、2月16日救急外来を受診し入院していた。病院の通報の後3月7日になって検査により確定診断された。が、現在既に帰宅して休養している； 同居の家人からは疑い症状は出ていないが、既に検体が採取され検査に出されている。衛生単位は既に各項調査及び衛生教育、予防活動を進めているとともに、環境これに関連する接触者には疑い症状は現れていない。衛生単位は既に各種調査や健康教育、予防管理活動を展開しており、環境保護単位は感染源の可能性のある場所の解明を図るため、感染者の活動現場付近に出向き、環境消毒やネズミ捕獲作業などを行っている。
疾病管理予防センターの統計によると、今年国内での感染者は計2人で、過去4年（2021～2024年）の同期の1～2人に相当しており、昨2024年は、台中市、彰化県、高雄市で各1例、計3例のハンタウイルス症候群症例が確認されている；2016年以降の感染者は計46例で、うち男性が29例（63％）であり、40歳以上31例（67％）、そのうち1例は海外からの輸入症例（感染国はインドネシア）だった。世界的には

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (Mar. 11) that there was one new case of Hantavirus syndrome in the country, which is the second confirmed case this year (2025). The case is a male in his 20s from the north. He had no history of overseas travel during the incubation period. His activities were mainly around his workplace and home, and he reported that there were no traces of rodents. On February 15, he developed symptoms such as fever, headache, loss of appetite and diarrhea. On February 16, he went to the emergency room and was hospitalized. After being informed by the hospital, he was diagnosed on March 7 and has now returned home to recuperate. His family members living with him had no suspected symptoms and were sampled and sent for testing. The health unit has conducted various investigations and health education and prevention work, and the environmental protection unit has gone to the area around the case to carry out environmental disinfection and rat catching operations to clarify the possible source of infection.
According to CDC, there have been a total of 2 cases in the country this year, and the number of cases is equivalent to the 1-2 cases in the same period in the past 4 years (2021-2024). 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(11)日公布國內新增1例漢他病毒症候群病例，為今(2025)年第2例確診病例。個案為北部20多歲男性，潛伏期無國外旅遊史，活動地以工作地及住家周邊為主，自述均無鼠類蹤跡。2月15日出現發燒、頭痛、食慾差及腹瀉等症狀，2月16日至急診就醫並收治住院，經醫院通報後於3月7日檢驗確診，目前已返家休養；同住家人無疑似症狀，已採檢送驗，衛生單位已進行各項調查及衛教防治工作，並由環保單位前往個案活動地周邊進行環境消毒、捕鼠作業，以釐清可能感染源。
疾管署統計，國內今年累計2例，病例數與過去4年(2021-2024年)同期1-2例相當，去(2024)年累計3例漢他病毒症候群確診病例，分別為台中市、彰化縣及高雄市(各1例)；自2016年起累計46例，性別以男性29
