疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（5月6日）、「監視データによると、今年（2025年）台湾での百日咳確診症例数は14例（うち家庭内クラスターは4例）で、いずれも本土症例であり、2020年の同期以降最多となり；2020～2024年の同時期における百日咳症例数はそれぞれ4例、0例、0例、0例、0例、4例で、各年の累計症例数は0～34例で、最も多くを占めているのが3ヶ月未満児（27%）で、13～19歳の24%がこれに次いでいる。近年、百日咳の流行は生後3ヶ月以下の嬰児における感染率が最も高く、家長には、家庭の嬰児の健康状態に十分注意を払い、疑わしい症状がある場合、速やかに医療機関を受診し、スケジュールで定められている通りに予防接種を受けさせるよう願う」と発表した。

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) said today (6) that, based on monitoring data, there have been 14 confirmed cases of pertussis in Taiwan this year (2025) (including 4 family clusters), all of which are local cases, the highest since 2020; The number of pertussis cases in the same period from 2020 to 2024 was 4, 0, 0, 0, and 4, respectively. 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(6)日表示，依據監測資料顯示，國內今(2025)年累計14例百日咳確定病例(含4起家庭群聚)，皆為本土病例，為2020年以來同期最高；2020年至2024年同期百日咳病例數分別為4、0、0、0、4例，各年累計病例數介於0至34例，以3個月(含)以下嬰兒(占27%)為多，其次為13-19歲(占24%)。近年百日咳疫情以3個月以下（含）嬰兒感染比例最高，籲請家長注意家中嬰兒健康狀況，如有疑似症狀，應儘速就醫，並按時帶孩童接種疫苗。
