疾病管制署（以下「疾管署」）は本日（2月11日）「台湾で今年（202
5年）初の本土腸チフス患者は、台湾北部の10代男性で、1月27日、発熱や筋肉痛、咽頭痛、咳、鼻水、口内炎などの症状が出たため、病院受診後に入院して検体が検査に出された。2月5日、血液中からチフス菌が検出され、診断が確定した。患者には最近の海外渡航歴はなく、潜伏期間中に家族6人とともに北部の漁港を訪れて食事をしており、汚染された海鮮を食べて感染した恐れがあると推測されるが、そのうちの2人も2～3日後に下痢症状が出たが、現在既に回復している；更に他の家族4人とクラスメート27人には疑い症状は現れてはいない。衛生単位は既に関連の予防・管理措置を開始しているとともに、同居家族からの糞便サンプルを検査のために送付している」と発表した。

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (February 11) that Taiwan’s first confirmed case of local typhoid fever is a male in his teens living in the northern part of Taiwan. On January 27, he developed fever, muscle pain, sore throat, cough, runny nose, mouth ulcers and other symptoms. He was hospitalized and sent for testing. On February 5, the diagnosis was confirmed by detection of Salmonella typhi in the blood. The case has no recent history of overseas travel. During the incubation period, he went to a fishing port in the north with six family members. It is speculated that he may have been infected by eating contaminated seafood. Two of the family members also developed diarrhea symptoms 2 to 3 days later and have now recovered; Another four family members and 27 classmates had no suspected symptoms. Health authorities have initiated relevant prevention and control measures and collected stool samples from family members living together for testing.

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(11)日公布我國今(2025)年首例本土傷寒確定病例，為北部10多歲男性，1月27日出現發燒、肌肉痛、喉嚨痛、咳嗽、流鼻水、口腔潰瘍等症狀，就醫後住院治療並採檢送驗，2月5日血液檢出傷寒桿菌確診。個案近期無國外旅遊史，潛伏期曾與6名同住家人至北部漁港用餐，推測可能因食用遭受汙染之海鮮而感染，其中2名家人亦曾於2至3天後出現腹瀉症狀，目前已康復；另4名家人、27名同班同學皆無疑似症狀。衛生單位已啟動相關防治措施，並採集同住家人糞便檢體送驗。
依疾管署統計資料顯示，我國自2021年起迄今累計傷寒確定病例26例，其中本土病例10例及境外移入病例16例，以20-39歲個案為多，境外移入個案以鄰近亞洲國家為主，以印尼11例為多，其次為泰國2例。今年累積2
