疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（4月29日）、「国内で新たに麻疹症例4
例（本土症例1例、輸入症例3例） が見つかったが、本土症例は北部の20代男性で、数日前に発表された輸入症例による国内の職場クラスター感染事案の新たな症例となる。確診症例とは共通の空間で暴露されており、接触7日後に発疹が現れ、診察・検査の結果、感染が確定診断された。接触者は計460人おり、このクラスター感染事案では、これまでに確定症例3例が確認されているが、5月14日まで衛生単位による監視が続けられる；更に、新たに確認された輸入症例3例は、南部の20代男性、北部の30代男性、北部の30代女性だが、いずれも4月上旬にベトナムに旅行していた。うち、北部症例の2症例は友人らと旅行しており、上述3例は帰国後10～12日で発症しており、医師の診察を受け検査の後に確定診断された。
疾管署は「今年（2025年）4月28日時点で、台湾では麻疹患者が累計32例報告されており、うち12例は国内感染、その他の20例は全てベトナムからの輸入症例となっている；本年の国内感染者数と輸入症例数は直近6年の同期最多となっている。さらに、国際的な麻疹の流行も深刻であり、ベトナムでは直近1週間（4月19日～25日）で感染者3,900例以上となり、前週より約5％減少しているが、最近、多くの

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (April 29) that there were 4 new confirmed cases of measles in Taiwan (1 local and 3 domestic cases). The local case is a male in his 20s from the north. He is a new case of the local workplace cluster infection incident caused by imported cases announced a few days ago. He had common space exposure with the confirmed case and developed a rash 7 days after the contact. He was diagnosed after reporting to the doctor. A total of 460 people have been identified as his contacts. A total of 3 cases have been confirmed in this cluster incident, and the health authorities will continue to monitor it until May 14. Another 3 new imported cases are a male in his 20s from the south, a male in his 30s from the north, and a female in her 30s from the north. All of them traveled to Vietnam in early April. Two of the cases in the north were friends traveling with them. The above 3 cases became ill 10 to 12 days after returning to the country and were diagnosed after reporting to the doctor.

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(29)日公布國內新增4例麻疹確定病例 (1例本土及３例境外移入)，本土個案為北部20多歲男性，為日前公布境外移入致本土職場群聚感染事件之新增個案，與確診個案有共同空間暴露，因於接觸後7天出疹，經就醫通報後採檢確診，其接觸者共計匡列460人，該起群聚事件目前累計確診3例，衛生單位將持續監測至5月14日；另新增3名境外移入個案分別為南部20多歲男性、北部30多歲男性及北部30多歲女性，皆於4月上旬曾至越南旅遊，其中北部2名個案為同行友人，上述3名個案於返國後10至12天發病，經就醫通報後採檢確診。
