疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（4月22日）、「先週、国内で新たに麻疹症例2例（輸入症例1例、本土症例1例） が見つかったが、麻疹の輸入症例から国内で感染したクラスター事案だ。 輸入症例は北部の20代女性であり、3月下旬にベトナムに観光旅行をしており、帰国後7日目に発熱や咳、発疹などの症状が現れ、病院を受診して検査の上で確診された。接触者154名には健康観察が進められているが、うち、職場接触者1名は、北部出身の30代女性で、輸入症例との接触歴があり、接触から9日後に発症し、衛生単位の手配による診療と報告を経て検査により診断が確定した。これは今年4件目の麻疹クラスター事案となるが、いずれもベトナムからの輸入症例による国内感染であり、本クラスターの衛生単位は、患者2例に絡む接触者235名を特定しており、5月11日まで経過観察が行われる予定だ。

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (April 22) that there were 2 new confirmed cases of measles in Taiwan last week (1 imported and 1 local), which is a cluster of measles infections caused by imported cases. The imported case is a female in her 20s from northern Taiwan who traveled to Da Nang, Vietnam in late March. Seven days after returning to Taiwan, she developed symptoms such as fever, cough, and rash. She was diagnosed after medical examination and 154 contacts were identified for health monitoring. One of the workplace contacts is a northern woman in her 30s who has a history of common activities with the overseas immigrant case. The disease developed 9 days after exposure. The health unit arranged for medical treatment and notification, and was tested for confirmation. This is the fourth measles cluster this year, all of which were domestic infections caused by immigrants from Vietnam. This cluster health unit has identified 235 contacts related to the two cases, and is expected to monitor until May 11.

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(22)日公布國內上週新增2例麻疹確定病例（1例境外移入及1例本土），為1起麻疹境外移入致國內感染群聚事件，境外移入個案為北部20多歲女性，3月下旬至越南峴港旅遊，返國7天後陸續出現發燒、咳嗽、出疹等症狀，經就醫採檢確診，匡列154名接觸者進行健康監測，其中1位職場接觸者為北部30多歲女性，與境外移入個案有共同活動史，接觸後9天發病，經衛生單位安排就醫及通報，亦採檢確診。此為今年第4起麻疹群聚事件，均為越南境外移入致國內感染，本群聚衛生單位已掌握2名個案相關接觸者共235名，預計監測至5月11日。
