2020年10月04日0時～24時までに、31省（自治区、直轄市）と新疆生産建設兵団が、新たに確診患者20例（宮本注： 新疆は8月16～10月04日まで0例！ 香港で5例増）うち海外からの輸入患者20例（上海10例、四川3例、内蒙古2例、福建2例、山西1例、江蘇1例、広東1例）、 国内0例； 死亡者0例； 疑似症例0例＝海外からの輸入0例＝国内0例が増えたと報告。
北京市のクラスター、河北省でのコロナ発生、新疆での大規模発生の全てが完全に制圧されている。

当日、新たに増えた治癒退院患者は7例、当日医学観察を解除された濃厚接触者523例、重症症例増減は ±0例（無変化）。

<<湖北省における情況>>：
5月1日分から湖北省に関する情報は患者が出ない限り国家衛健委からは発表されなくなりました。7月1日分から湖北省では患者そのものが『ゼロ』になっていましたが、2020年8月1日、久しぶりに武漢市で輸入症例とは言え突然患者3例が出現するものの2日はゼロに。 そして7日にもまた輸入症例1例が出ましたが8日9日以後はゼロに。
10月04日、湖北省では新たな確診患者数0例、疑似症例0例、治癒退院症例0例（海外からの輸入例0例）、死亡者0例が増えた。
10月04日、新たに増えた無症状感染者は4例（海外からの輸入： 10月2日にインドネシアのジャカルタからSJ3124便で武漢市天河空港に到着）、当日確定に転じたものは0例、隔離解除されたものは0例、医学観察中の者は4例だと報告している。
10月04日24時時点で、現有確診患者数0例（海外からの輸入症例：普通型）、現有疑似症例0例が報告されている。 累計治癒退院者数は63,627例、累計死亡者数は4,512例、累計確診患者数は68,139例となった。 全省での追跡により見つかった濃厚接触者数は285,556人となり、今なお0（9月8日は3人だったが、新たに隔離解除されたものも0人となっている。 10日発表の数字がおかしいのは新たな隔離解除者数に3と入れるのを失念したのかと推量されます）人が医学観察を受けている。

20 newly diagnosed case: of which 20 cases were imported from abroad (10 in Shanghai, 3 in Sichuan, 2 in Inner Mongolia, 2 in Fujian, 1 in Shanxi, 1 in Jiangsu, 1 in Guangdong), 0 cases are in mainland China;
No (0) newly added death case (= 0 in Hubei);
No (0) newly added suspected cases: of which no (0) case was imported from abroad, none (0) in mainland China.

On October 04, four (4) asymptomatic cases were newly added in the province, of which all of the four (4) are imported from abroad (Arrive at Wuhan Tianhe Airport by taking Indonesia’s Jakarta-Wuhan SJ3124 flight from Indonesia on October 2). There is no (0) asymptomatic case who was converted to the diagnosed case. No (0) asymptomatic in Yichang case was lifted their medical observation, and no (0) asymptomatic case is still under medical observation at present.
