2020年03月13日0時～24時までに、31省（自治区、直轄市）と新疆生産建設兵団が、新たに確診患者11例、死亡者13例（湖北省13例）、疑似症例17例が増えたと報告した。
当日、新たに増えた治癒退院患者は1,430例、当日医学観察を解除された濃厚接触者2,174例、重症症例は410例の減少を示した。
