疾病管制署（以下「疾管署」）は本日（2月11日）、「2025年初の重篤な感染症を併発した腸病毒症例が確認された患者は南部の生後一か月女児で、1月31日に無気力や活力低下、摂食困難といった症状が見られ、2月3日には低体温症になった。2月4日には息切れや血中酸素濃度低下、徐脈の症状が現れ、緊急治療のためNICUに入院し治療を受けたが、通報と検査の結果、エコーウイルス11型に感染していたことが確認された」と発表した。
疾管署の監視データでは、本年、合併症を併発し重症化した腸病毒感染症症例は計1例で、これは2021年から2024年同期の症例数（0～1例）に相当していることが示された；さらに2021年から2024年までの重症患者数累計はそれぞれ0例、3例、11例、12例で、うち1歳未満の乳幼児はそれぞれ0例、1例、4

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (February 11) the first case of severe enterovirus infection in 2025. The baby girl was from the south and was more than one month old. She showed symptoms of lethargy, decreased activity and feeding difficulties on January 31, and had hypothermia on February 3. On February 4, due to shortness of breath, decreased blood oxygen and bradycardia, the child was admitted to the pediatric intensive care unit for emergency treatment. After notification and testing, it was confirmed that he was infected with echovirus type 11.
According to CDC monitoring data, there has been a total of 1 confirmed case of enterovirus infection complicated by severe illness this year, which is comparable to the number of cases in the same period from 2021 to 2024 (between

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(11)日公布今(2025)年首例腸病毒感染併發重症病例，為南部1個多月女嬰，1月31日出現嗜睡、活動力下降及餵食困難等情形，2月3日有低體溫情形，2月4日因出現呼吸急促、血氧下降及心搏過慢，急診就醫收住兒科加護病房，經通報並檢驗確認感染伊科病毒11型。
