疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（3月26日）、「清明節休暇が近づき、且つ最近は気温も上昇し始めており、蚊の活動も活発になってきているが、連休中に先祖を敬うために郊外を訪れたり、ハイキングやキャンプに出かけたりする計画を立てているのであれば、蚊の類（蚊やダニ、ツツガムシなど）が繁殖している草地に身を晒すことになり、昆虫媒介感染症（デング熱や熱性血小板減少症候群、ツツガムシ病など）に罹るリスクが高まることに注意が必要である。蚊類に刺されることによる感染を防ぐため、必ず個人の防護措置を講じねばならない」と発表した。
疾管署の監視データによると、今年（2025年）3月24日現在、デング熱の感染例計39例確認されており、そのすべては海外からの輸入症例で、その多くは東南アジア諸国からのものだ。デング熱の症例数は2024年の同時期（38例）と同程度だが、2021年～2023年の0～14例よりは多い；更にツツガムシ病患者計9例が確認されているが、うち6例を花蓮と台東での症例が占めている。本年の患者数累計は、2021

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (March 26) that the Qingming Festival is approaching, and the temperature has started to rise recently, so mosquitoes have become more active, the public is reminded that if they plan to visit the suburbs to pay respect to their ancestors, go hiking, or go camping during the long holiday, they will be exposed to grassy areas where mosquitoes (such as mosquitoes, ticks, and scrub typhus) breed, which increases the risk of contracting insect-borne infectious diseases (such as dengue fever, fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome, and scrub typhus). Be sure to take personal protective measures to avoid being infected by mosquito bites.

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(26)日表示，清明連假將至，且近期氣溫開始上升，蚊蟲活動開始活躍，提醒民眾連假期間若規劃赴郊外掃墓祭祖、踏青或從事登山、露營活動時，因易接觸到蚊蟲(如：蚊子、蜱蟲、恙蟲)孳生的草叢環境，感染蟲媒傳染病(如：登革熱、發熱伴血小板減少綜合症、恙蟲病)風險增加，務必做好個人防護措施，避免被蚊蟲附著叮咬而感染疾病。
疾管署監測資料顯示，今(2025)年截至3月24日，累計39例登革熱確診病例，均為境外移入，多自東南亞國家移入，病例數與2024年同期(38例)相當，惟高於2021年至2023年(介於0-14例)；另累計9例恙蟲病確定病例，個案感染地以花東地區6例為多，今年累計病例數低於2021-2024年同期(介於16-30例)。我國全
