疾病管制署（以下、疾管署）は本日（12月25日）、「国内で新たに麻疹の確診症例7例がでたが、いずれも12月10日に発表されたベトナムからの輸入症例が引き起こした病院関連の麻疹クラスターと関連がある；彼らは中部にある防病院の20代女性看護師3名、30代女性清掃員1名、40代女性医師1名、50代の家族1名、および20代の男性エンジニア1名であり、7例の患者は12月14日～19日の間に発症、12月17日から21日の間に発疹が現れている。クラスター全体ではこれまでに感染者計12例が確認されており、ここには12月10日に発表されたベトナムからの初発症例と、同じ便の確診症例1例及びその後病院関連の確診症例10例となっており、衛生単位は既に関連接触者計1,024人を掌握しており、今回のクラスターは2025年1月8日まで観測が続けられることとなる。

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (December 25) that 7 new confirmed cases of measles in Taiwan are related to the hospital-related measles cluster caused by the imported cases from Vietnam announced on December 10; They are 3 female nurses in their 20s, 1 female environmental cleaner in her 30s, 1 female doctor in her 40s, 1 family member of a medical contact in his 50s, and 1 male worker in his 20s. The 7 cases fell ill between December 14 and 19, and developed rashes between December 17 and 21. A total of 12 cases have been confirmed in the entire cluster incident so far, including the index case imported from Vietnam announced on December 10, 1 case confirmed on the same flight, and 10 subsequent hospital-related confirmed cases. Health authorities have identified a total of 1,014 related contacts. This cluster incident will be monitored until January 8, 2025.
The CDC explains that in response to the measles cluster in the hospital, the hospital held a response meeting on December 19, the MMR vaccine vaccination plan for all hospital employees (including outsourcing and welfare staff)

疾病管制署(以下稱疾管署)今(25)日公布國內新增7例麻疹確定病例，均與12月10日公布之越南境外移入引發之醫院相關麻疹群聚事件相關；分別為中部某醫院20多歲女性護理師共3位、30多歲女性環境清潔人員1位、40多歲女性醫師1位、50多歲就醫接觸者之陪病家屬1位，以及20多歲男性工務課人員1位，7例個案分別於12月14日至19日間發病，12月17日至21日出疹。整起群聚事件迄今共計確診12例，包含12月10日公布之越南境外移入指標個案、同班機確診者1例以及後續醫院相關確診者10例，衛生單位已掌握相關接觸者共1,014人，本次群聚事件將監測至2025年1月8日。
疾管署說明，因應此次醫院麻疹群聚事件，院方已於12月19日召開因應會議，並啟動全院員工(含外包及福利
