疾病管制署（以下、疾管署）は本日（12月31日）、「国内で新たに麻疹の確診症例3例がでたが、それぞれ院内クラスター関連の50代男性（症例1）、30代男性（症例2）の2例およびカンボジアからの輸入症例となる40代男性（症例3）であり、3症例は、12月20日から27日までに発症し、12月24日から29日までに発疹が出ていた。症例1と2は、病院クラスターの症例たちと同一空間での曝露があり、その後に発熱や発疹などの症状が現れ、検査により確定診断された。症例3は、12月2日から19日まで、カンボジアに出張していたが、帰国後に発熱や悪寒、咳などの症状のため2度病院を受診し、別の病院に転送され検査後に確定診断され、当該症例は現在隔離解除されている。この病院関連のクラスター事件では、12月10日に発表された初発症例や、同便での確定症例1例、これに続く病院関連の確定症例を含め、これまでに計14例が確認されているが、衛生単位は既に計関連する接触者2,456人を特定しているが、うち209人は監視期限切れとなっている。このクラスターは 2025 年1 月20日まで監視される；この他に、カンボジアからの輸入症例の接触者計223人は2025年1月15日まで監視されることになる」と発表した。

The Department of Disease Control (hereinafter referred to as the CDC) announced today (December 31) that there are 3 new confirmed cases of measles in Taiwan. There are two cases, namely a man in his 50s (Case 1) and a man in his 30s (Case 2) related to the hospital cluster incident and a male in his 40s (Case 3) who immigrated from Cambodia, all of 3 cases became ill between December 20 and 27, and developed rash from December 24 to 29. Cases 1 and 2 were exposed in the same space as cases in the hospital cluster incident, and they subsequently developed symptoms such as fever and rash, which were confirmed after testing. Case 3 went to Cambodia for work from December 2 to 19. After returning home, he went to the clinic twice for medical treatment due to symptoms such as fever, chills, and cough. He was referred to the hospital and diagnosed after being notified and tested. The current case Quarantine has been released. A total of 14 cases have been confirmed in this hospital-related cluster incident so far, including the index case announced on December 10, 1 confirmed case on the same flight, and subsequent hospital-related confirmed cases. The health unit has identified a total of 2,456 relevant contacts, 209 of whom have expired for monitoring. 疾病管制署(以下稱疾管署)今(31)日公布國內新增3例麻疹確定病例，分別為2例與醫院群聚事件相關之50多歲男性(案1)、30多歲男性(案2)，及40多歲男性(案3)柬埔寨境外移入個案，3例個案於12月20日至27日間發病，並於12月24日至29日出疹。案1、案2因與該醫院群聚事件個案有共同空間暴露，且後續出現發燒及出疹等症狀經採檢後確診。案3於12月2日至19日曾至柬埔寨工作，返國後因出現發燒、發冷、咳嗽等症狀曾至診所2度就醫，並經轉診至醫院經通報採檢後確診，目前個案已解除隔離。該起醫院相關群聚事件迄今共計確診14例，包含12月10日公布之指標個案、同班機確診者1例，以及後續醫院相關確診者，衛生單位已掌握相關接觸者共2,456人，其中209人監測期滿，本次群聚事件將監測至2025年1月20日；另柬埔寨境外移入個案接觸者共223人，預計監測至2025年1月15日。
