疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（3月11日）、「2025年3月8日、日本のIHR（国際保健規則）連絡窓口から、兵庫県明石市の20代女性が麻疹
と診断されたとの連絡を受けた。当該患者は、感染症の病期中に台北市および新北市の公共の場での行動歴があり、公共交通機関を利用しており（別表のとおり）、別表の期間中に関連する場所に出入りした国民は、18日間の自己健康管理を実施するようにし、発熱や鼻炎、結膜炎、咳、紅疹などの疑わしい症状がある場合、早急に衛生単位に連絡し、接触歴を告知するように。衛生単位が治療の手配を支援する。自主健康管理期間中は、ウイルスの感染リスクを減らすため、公共の場所に出ることを避け、マスクを着用せねばならない。本事案の接触者は遅くとも2025年3月22日まで監視される」と発表した。
疾管署は「今年（2025年）3月10日までの間に台湾では麻疹症例が累計13例出ているが、年齢的には10～60代までで、輸入症例7例が含まれており、いずれもベトナムからの輸入であり、その他は2024年の台湾中部の某病院でのクラスター5例、1例はベトナムから輸入された本土症例である；今年の国内感染症例数及び輸入症例数は、2021～2024年の同期を上回っている。国際的な流行に関しては、最近多数の

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (March 11) that CDC received a notification from the Japanese IHR (International Health Regulations) contact window that a female in her 20s from Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan was diagnosed with measles on March 8, 2025. The case had a history of activities in public places in Taipei City and New Taipei City during the infectious period, and had taken public transportation (as shown in the attached table). Citizens who have entered or exited relevant places during the time periods listed in the attached table are reminded to conduct self-health management for 18 days. If you have suspected symptoms such as fever, rhinitis, conjunctivitis, cough, rash, etc., please contact the health authorities as soon as possible and inform the contact history. The health authorities will help arrange medical treatment. During the period of self-health management, you should avoid going to public places and wear a mask to reduce the risk of virus transmission. The contacts in this case will be monitored until March 22, 2025 at the latest.

疾病管制署(以下稱疾管署)今(11)日表示，於今(2025)年3月8日接獲日本IHR(國際衛生條例)聯絡窗口通報，一名日本兵庫縣明石市20多歲女性確診麻疹，該個案於可傳染期間有臺北市與新北市公共場所活動史，且曾搭乘大眾交通運輸工具(如附表)，提醒曾於附表所列時段出入相關場所的民眾，自主健康管理18天，如有發燒、鼻炎、結膜炎、咳嗽、紅疹等疑似症狀，請儘速與衛生單位聯繫並告知接觸史，由衛生單位協助安排就醫。自主健康管理期間應避免出入公共場所，並佩戴口罩，以降低病毒傳播風險。本案接觸者最晚監測至2025年3月22日。
疾管署說明，我國今(2025)年截至3月10日，累計13例麻疹病例，年齡介於10多歲至60多歲，包含7例境外移入個案，均自越南移入，其餘5例屬2024年中部某醫院群聚、1例為越南境外移入致國內感染病例；今年國內感染及境外移入病例數皆高於2021-2024年同期。國際疫情部分，近期多國疫情爆發，鄰近國家越南近期疫情嚴。
