疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（4月15日）、「国内で新たに麻疹クラスター1件と輸入症例2例が新たに確認された。このクラスター事案は1歳未満の男児2例のものだが、
二人とも3月24日に輸入症例と同様の活動歴があり、夫々4月3日、4日に発熱や鼻水などの症状が出、病院での検査を経て4月11日に確診されたが、これは本年（2025年）第2の輸入症例によるクラスターとなる。今回のクラスター事案では累計3例が確定診断されているが、衛生単位は既に2例の男児に関連する接触者合計524名を把握しており、4月25日まで観察する予定だ。さらに、新たに増えた輸入症例2例はそれぞれ中部の1歳男児及び北部の30代女性である。患者2例にはベトナムへの渡航歴（それぞれカマウ省とフーコック島）があり、帰国後に発症し、病院の通報と検査を受けて確診された」と発表。
疾管署は「今年（2025年）4月14日時点で、台湾では10歳未満から60歳以上までの麻疹患者が累計26例報告されており、うち10例は国内感染、その他16例は全てベトナムからの輸入症例となっている；本年の国内感染者数と輸入症例数は直近6年の最多となっている。さらに、国際的な麻疹の流行も深刻であり、本年4月上旬時点で、ベトナムでは5万4千例以上の感染疑い例が報告されており、既に成人の重症例が数例発生し、今年初めて成人の死亡例も報告された； また、日本などの近隣諸国では4月上旬時点で58例の症例が報告されており；韓国では35例が報告され、昨年の同時期のほぼ2倍となった。両国におけるほとんどの症例はベトナム国外からの輸入症例に関連していた。北アメリカでの流行は深刻であり、米国では4月10日までの時点で25の州で712例が報告されているが、ケンタッキー州が541例と多くを占め、カナダでは3月末時点で6つの省において累計731例が報告されており、オンタリオ州に集中して

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (April 15) that there was one new measles cluster incident and two imported measles cases in the country. The cluster infection incident involved two male babies under one year old, both of whom had the same activity history with the imported case on March 24. They developed symptoms such as fever and runny nose on April 3 and April 4 respectively. They were diagnosed on April 11 after seeking medical treatment and taking tests. This is the second local cluster incident caused by an imported case in the country this year (2025). A total of three cases have been confirmed in this cluster incident. Health authorities have identified a total of 524 people who had contact with the two baby boys and are expected to monitor them until April 25. There were two new imported cases, one being a one-year-old boy from central Taiwan and the other being a woman in her 30s from northern Taiwan. Both cases had a history of traveling to Vietnam (to Ca Mau Province and Phu Quoc Island respectively) and became ill after returning to the country. They were diagnosed after seeking medical treatment and testing.
The CDC explained that there have been a total of 26 measles cases in Taiwan, ranging in age from under 10 to over 60 years old as of April 7, this year (2025), of which 10 were domestically infected and the other 16 were imported cases, all from Vietnam; The number of domestic infections and imported cases this year is the highest in the past six years. In addition, the international epidemic is severe. As of early April this year, Vietnam has reported more than 54,000 cases, including many severe cases of adults, and reported the first adult death this year; neighboring country Japan reported 58 cases as of early April; South Korea reported 35 cases, nearly twice as many as the same period last year. 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(15)日公布國內新增1起麻疹群聚事件及2例境外移入麻疹個案。該起群聚感染事件為2名未滿1歲男嬰，皆曾於3月24日與境外移入個案有相同活動史，分別於4月3日及4月4日出現發燒、流鼻涕等症狀，經就醫採檢於4月11日確診，此為國內今(2025)年第2起境外移入個案致本土群聚事件。本起群聚事件累計確診3例，衛生單位已掌握2名男嬰相關接觸者共524名，預計監測至4月25日。另新增2例境外移入個案分別為中部1歲多男童及北部30多歲女性。2名個案均有越南旅遊史(分別至金甌省和富國島)返國後發病，經就醫通報檢驗確診。
