1月7日午後、 広東省衛生計生委は、 深圳市で1名のヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ確診患者が出たと発表。
患者 (FT#154)は、
深圳市羅湖区在住の深圳人、 区さん （31歳 男性）。
明確な鳥類との接触歴はない。
2013年12月30日に発症、
2014年01月03日、 宝安区人民医院に入院、 タミフル投与による治療を受けており、 現在、 患者の状態は安定している。
深圳市衛生部門は 濃厚接触者35名に対する 医学観察を既に実施しており、 同時にスワブ検体を採取して 検査をしたが全員陰性であった。
また、 東莞市第2番目の患者 (FT#145) （何さん）は、 多臓器不全になり、 01月06日23時20分、 治療の甲斐なく死亡した。
01月07日時点で、 広東省では 合計9名の患者が出ており、 死亡者は1名。

On the afternoon of January 7, the Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission (HFPC) informed that a case of human infection with H7N9 was diagnosed in Shenzhen.
Patient (FT#154) is;
Name: Qu XX
Gender: Male
Age: 31 years old
Registered Domicile: Shenzhen city
Current Domicile: Jiefanglu of Luohu district in Shenzhen city (http://map.flu.org.cn)
Exposure to Birds: No clear history
Date of Onset: December 30, 2013
Date of Admission: January 3, 2014, admitted to Bao’an District People’s Hospital.
Current Situation: In stable condition, and Tamiflu treatment is given to him
Close Contacts: 35 people were traced and have been under medical observation, their throat swab samples showed nevative.
Further, Dongguan city’s second case (FT#145), Mr. He died at 23:20 of January 6, 2014 due to multiple organ failure in spite of hospital’s maximum rescue.

1月7日下午，省卫生计生委通报， 深圳市确诊1例人感染H7N9禽流感病例。
患者 (FT#154) 区 某，男，31岁，深圳本地人， 居住在深圳市罗湖区解放路 (http://map.flu.org.cn)。 无明确活禽接触史。 2013年12月30日发病， 2014年1月3日在宝安区人民医院收住入院， 给予“达菲”治疗， 目前患者病情稳定。 深圳市卫生部门已对35名密切接触者进行医学观察，并采集咽拭子样本进行相关检测， 均为阴性。
另， 东莞第2例病例 (FT#145)，何 某，于1月6日23:20 因多器官功能衰竭抢救无效死亡。
截至1月7日，我省共报告 9例病例， 死亡1例。 按患者居住地统计，深圳2例、 佛山1例、 惠州1例、 东莞2
