湖南省長沙市で、 過日1名の重篤な急性気道感染患者が見つかり、 2014年1月27日、 長沙市疾病管理センターと湖南省疾病管理センターで検体を検査、 再検査した結果、 いずれもH7N9核酸陽性となった。 疫学史や 臨床症状、 実験室での検査の結果から、 これをH7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者であると確診した。

湖南省 岳陽市汨羅市在住の楊 ＊＊さん 58歳 ・ 女性
1月27日、 ヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザと確診された。
長沙の某医院にて治療中
疫学調査を経て、 患者には活禽への暴露歴があることが分かった。
当該患者の濃厚接触者は 医学観察措置が採られているが これまでに異常は見つかっていない。

Recently, one case of severe acute respiratory infection was found at Changsha city in Hunan Province. On January 27, 2014, the Changsha Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention and Hunan Provincial Center for Disease Control (CDC) detected and reviewed her specimens were positive for H7N9 nucleic acid. According to epidemiological history, clinical manifestations and laboratory test results, diagnosed as a case of human infection with H7N9 avian flu.

近日， 湖南省长沙市监测 发现1例严重 急性呼吸道感染病例， 2014年1月27日， 经长沙市疾病预防控制中心 和 湖南省疾病预防控制中心 检测和复核 标本结果 均为 H7N9核酸阳性。 根据流行病学史、 临床表现和 实验室检测结果， 判定为 1例人 感染H7N9禽流感病例。
