広東省衛生計生委は、2月24日、広州市と仏山市で4名のヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者が確診されたと発表した。
患者1 (FT#367)は、
広東省広州市海珠区在住の叶（宮本注：日本語では『葉』の意味です）＊さん 76歳 ・ 男性、
慢性閉塞性肺疾患や肺結核などの慢性疾患を30年余り患っていた。
2月21日、ヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザと確診された。
広州の定点医院で入院治療中だが、現在危篤。
患者2 (FT#368)は、
広東省広州市荔湾区在住の李＊さん 55歳 ・ 女性、
高血圧と糖尿病等の疾患を10年余り患っていた。
