2014年2月5日22時50分、北京市疾病管理センターの再検査を経て、北京市は原因不明の肺炎患者中、また1名のヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者が確診され、今年北京市第2例の確診患者となった。患者は危篤だが、既に地檀医院に運ばれて隔離治療がなされている。 濃厚接触者35人は既に医学観察措置を受けているが、これまでのところ異常はみられていないという。北京市衛生計生委の手配により、各区県の衛生部門や疾病管理センターと各医療機構が積極的に予防管理措置を採っている。
今回確診された患者 (FT#317)は、
懐柔区在住の北京市戸籍者 伝＊さん 73歳 男性。
1月30日午前10時、咳を伴う発熱と痰、吐血により懐柔区第一医院にて治療を受け、タミフル及び抗菌薬物の静脈輸血で治療を受けているが、のどのスワブサンプルを疾病管理センターでインフルエンザ疫学検査をした結果は陽性だった。
2月02日午前09時、症状が好転せず、呼吸器内科にて入院治療となった。
2月05日高熱が引かず、白血球が低下し、低酸素症が悪化し、A型インフルエンザ迅速診断の結果は弱陽性となり、CTでは両肺の病変が明らかに増大し、病状の進展速度が速く、院内の専門家により、『原因不明の肺炎と高度のヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ疑い、及び急性呼吸逼迫症候群』と診断され、患者の咽頭部のスワブサンプルが区疾病管理センターにて核酸検査の為に送付された。
17時24分、区疾病管理センターでの核酸検査の結果、ヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザの疑いが濃厚

Preliminary determined 35 close contacts with the patient, are all under the medical observation, currently no one has shown any abnormal symptoms. 2014年2月5日晚22时50分，经北京市疾控中心复核，北京市从不明原因肺炎病例中又确诊1例人感染H7N9禽流感病例，这是今年北京市第2例确诊病例。患者病情危重，已于昨晚转至地坛医院进行隔离治疗。初步判定密切接触者35人，正在接受医学观察，目前无异常症状。按照北京市卫生计生委部署，各区县卫生部门、疾控中心和各医疗机构正在积极有序落实各项防控措施。
此次确诊病例 (FT#317) 为一傅姓男子，73岁，北京市户籍，家住怀柔区。患者1月30日上午10时，因发热伴咳嗽、咳痰、咳血到怀柔区第一医院就诊，给予口服达菲及抗菌药物静脉输液留观治疗，咽拭子标本送区疾控中心进行流感病原学检测结果为阴性。2月2日上午9时，症状无明显好转，收入呼吸内科住院治疗。2月5日仍高热不退，血白细胞低，缺氧症状加重，甲流病毒快速检测弱阳性，CT显示双肺病变明显增多，病情进展迅速，经院内专家会诊为“不明原因肺炎、高度疑似人感染H7N9禽流感、急性呼吸窘迫综合征”，将患者咽拭子标本送至区疾控中心进行核酸检测。17时24分，区疾控中心核酸检测结果为高度可疑人感染H7N9禽流感病毒；22时50分，市疾控中心复核结果显示为人感染H7N9禽流感病毒核酸检测阳
