12月19日、深圳市で1名のヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者が確定診断された。
患者 (FT#148)は、
38歳 男性の欧さん。 広東省高州 （宮本注： 高州市は茂明市の県級市）人。 深圳市龍崗区南嶺村居住者。 現在病状は危篤。
12月09日、 発熱と咳を訴え、 南嶺村のある診療所を受診した。
12月12日 と 16日、 スワブ検査を行ったところ両方のサンプルから A型インフルエンザウィルスの核酸陽性反応が出た。
12月17日、 深圳市疾病予防管理センターが 患者の肺泡からのサンプルを検査したところ、 H7N9鳥インフルエンザウィルス陽性となった。

December 19, 2013, Shenzhen City diagnosed a case of human infection with H7N9 avian influenza.

Gender: Male
Registered Domicile: Gaozhou city of Maoming city in Guangdong
Current Domicile: Nanling village of Longgang district in Shenzhen city (http://map.flu.org.cn)，
Current Situation: Critical
Date of Onset: December 9, 2013 started with fever, cough symptoms
Date of First Consultation: December 9, 2013. He went to Nanling village’s clinic by himself
Date of Hospital Change: December 12, 2013. He went to Nanwan People’s Hospital’s emergency department.
On December 12 and 16, 2013, his throat-swab samples have been collected and their specimens turned out negative for Type-A influenza virus nucleic acid.

患者 (FT#148) 欧 某， 男， 38岁， 广东高州人， 家住 深圳市龙岗区南岭村 (http://map.flu.org.cn)， 目前 患者病情 危重。
12月9日， 患者因出现发热、 咳嗽症状， 自行前往 南岭村一诊所就诊。
12月12日， 患者前往 南湾人民医院 急诊科 就诊。
12月12日 和 16日， 经采集咽拭子检测， 两次样本均呈A型流感病毒核酸阴性。
12月17日， 深圳市疾控中心对患者肺泡吸取液进行检测， 样本呈H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性。
12月18日， 经 广东省 疾控中心 复核 结果 为 一致， 当天 患者 被收入 深圳市第三人民医院。
