広東省衛生計生委は、11月05日、同省で1名のヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者が出たと発表。
患者児童 (FT#139) は、3歳5か月の男児で、現在、東莞市常平鎮袁山貝村に住む四川省遂寧人。
11月04日午後、東莞市疾病予防管理センターは、常平医院のインフルエンザ患者の通常モニターをしている中で、H7亜型鳥インフルエンザウィルスのサンプルを検出、11月05日早朝に、広東省CDCの実験室でのレビューにより、陽性となったことと、患者の臨床症状や疫学史と実験室での検査結果からヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者と確定診断した。
患者児童は、現在既に東莞市人民病院感染科において無料で隔離治療を受けている。 現在、児童には発熱がなく、症状も軽く、病状は安定している。 東莞市の疾病予防管理センターはこの患者の7名の濃厚接触者に対して医学観察を実施しているが、今のところ3人にインフルエンザ様症状が出ている。 実験室での検査の結果、7人のH7亜型鳥インフルエンザウィルス核酸は陰性であった。

Date of First Detection: Afternoon of November 4, 2013, Dongguan CDC, during routine monitoring of influenza-like cases in Changping Hospital, detected a sample was tested positive for A H7 subtype Avian Influenza virus nucleic acid.
Dongguan City Center for Disease Control (CDC) and Prevention in Changping Hospital routine influenza-like cases were detected in a H7 subtype of avian influenza virus nucleic acid positive specimens,
November 5 morning, the Guangdong Provincial CDC laboratory reviewed positive for the virus; combined with the clinical symptoms of the case, epidemiological history and laboratory tests, then determined as infected for H7N9 avian influenza confirmed cases.
Child patient has been in Dongguan City People’s Hospital Department of Infection department for isolation treatment, at free of charge. At present, child does not have fever; symptoms are mild, and in stable condition. Dongguan City CDC has carried out medical observation for seven close contacts, there are three people who has flu-like symptoms. Laboratory tested results for 7 people were all negative for H7 subtype avian influenza virus nucleic acid.

广东省卫生和计划生育委员会11月5日通报，广东省确诊一例人感染H7N9禽流感病例。
患儿 (FT#139) ，男，3岁5个月，四川遂宁人，现住东莞市常平镇袁山贝村。11月4日下午，东莞市疾病预防控制中心在对常平医院常规流感样病例监测中检出了1份H7亚型禽流感病毒核酸阳性标本，11月5日凌晨经广东省疾病预防控制中心实验室复核阳性，结合该病例临床症状、流行病学史和实验室检测结果判断为人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例。
患儿目前已免费收入东莞市人民医院感染科隔离治疗。目前，患儿无发热，症状较轻，病情稳定。东莞市疾病预防控制中心已对7名密切接触者实施医学观察，目前有3人出现流感样症状。经实验室检测，7人H7亚型禽流感病毒核酸均为阴性。
