中国 国家衛生健康委 10月22日発表データに基づき、 2019年9月度 （9月1日 ～ 30日分）のデータを加え、 2008年からの 推移、 月別 発症 ・ 死亡者数の 推移をグラフ化しています。今月は 22日もサバを読んだバックデートをしており、9月末から50日以上経ってからの公開（実際の発表日は11月12日午後）。 衛生健康委の仕事は あまりにも遅すぎと言わざるを得ません。

2014年から、15年、16年と減少傾向にあり、 17年も減少して 5,941人となった。
速報 （月報累計）ベースでは 2017年は 6,670人であったが、 年報で 5,941人とされた（700人の削除）。
2018年は月報累計ベースでは4,483人だったが、年報では3,940人に（543人の削除）。
2019年09月度は、216人（死亡0人）となり、2018年5月以後2019年6月までは11月を除き連続で過去最低記録、12月以後は連続6か月で過去最低を記録していたが、7月にこれが途絶えて以後 3か月連続で 過去最低ではなくなってしまった。 とはいえ、 減少傾向にあることは 各月発症者数の折れ線グラフからも明白。

中国 麻疹 病人数 显示减少的倾向。 从 2014年 到 2016年 发病人数 越来越少， 2017年也 显示 这个 情况。
2017年度年报上的 发病人数是 5,941人，比2017年的 累计（6,670人）七百人被删除了。

Measles in China (September 2019)
According to the National Health Commission (NHC)’s notification on October 22, 2019, we visualized the past several years’ diagnosed cases / Death case in several slides (PDF style). The NHC did Backdate their release day this month, again. I wonder why they needed more than 50days for every month’s announcement.
Measles in mainland China (September 2019):
Measles in China is decreasing year by year from the year 2014 to 2016, and the year 2017 showed the tendency.
Accumulated number of the cases in the year 2017 (6,670 cases) was almost the same as that of the year 2012 (6,678 cases).
It, however was revised to 5,941 cases on its Yearly report (700 cases were deleted).
Moreover, in the year 2018, the accumulated number of the cases of 4,483 was revised to 3,940 (543 cases were deleted.)
The number of Measles in this country has its peak season in April and May, the incidents in these two (2) years are dramatically decreasing.
September 2019, there were;
Diagnosed cases: 216 cases,
Death cases： 0 case.
The figure is the second-best in the past eleven (11) years when compared as one single month. Though July, August and September’s patients were not the lowest in the past. This month’s record was not the best in the past 11 years, too, the decreasing trend itself does not change.
