昨日（1月9日）は、仏山本土で初のヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者が確診されて第2日目だった。収容治療している仏山市第一医院による最新診察の結果、当該患者の昨日の病状は、これまでの数日と比べても好転しておらず依然として重態だ。 数日の治療を経て、当該病院の章成国副院長は、当該患者には3年にわたる糖尿病歴があり、且つ肺の一部に重大な疾病があり、同時に患者は発症後もまだ活禽を屠殺していた履歴を持っており、診察に当たった専門家グループは、この患者の発症原因と鳥類との関係はないと認識していると語った。
病状は重く治療が困難
仏山市第一医院が収容治療している患者(FT#156)は初のヒト感染H7N9患者、南海区九江鎮人の崔さん（51歳女性）で、8日夜に確診されて以後、現在もまだ病院のICUにて治療を受けている。
当該患者の診断結果は、鳥インフルエンザ（重篤型）感染、重症肺炎、重度の敗血症、敗血症ショック、多臓器機能不全症候群（呼吸、循環、血液、腎、神経）、ウィルス性心筋炎、非代償性心不全、II型糖尿病、低カリウム血症、低ナトリウム血症等。患者に関して、章成国副院長は、現在、既に全組織を挙げて治療にあたっているが、患者は極めて重篤な状態にあり、呼吸器による呼吸サポートや、昇圧剤を使っての血圧維持に当たっているが、常に危険な状態にあると語った。
この他、当該患者は、2013年に九江医院で胸部CT検査をした際、既に両肺への病変が見つかっており、これが絶えず進展しており、広州呼吸器研究所教授の会診を経た結果、肺癌の可能性を排除できなかった。このため長期予後はよくなく、治療難度は極めて高い。
章成国副院長は、患者は、3日に仏山市第一医院来院時にタミフルを投与し、その後投与量を増やして治療をしてみたが、病状好転の兆しがみられず、逆に昨日患者の肺部感染面積が増大してきており状況は

昨日是佛山本地首例人感染H7N9患者确诊后的第二天。根据收治医院佛山市一医院的最新会诊结果，该患者昨日的病情较前几日并无好转迹象，依然十分严重。经过几日的救治，该院副院长章成国表示，由于该病例已有3年糖尿病史，并疑有肺部重疾，同时患者是在发病后才有活禽宰杀史，会诊专家组认为，该病例的发病原因或与禽类无关。
病情严重 治疗难度大
由佛山市一医院收治的首例人感染H7N9患者 (FT#156)崔某，女，51岁，南海九江人，在8日晚确诊病情之后，目前仍在该院ICU病房急救。
该病患最新的诊断结果为感染禽流感(危重型)、重症肺炎、重度脓毒症、脓毒症休克、多脏器功能不全综合症(呼吸、循环、血液、肾、神经)、病毒性心肌炎、心功能失代偿期、Ⅱ型糖尿病、低钾血症、低钠血症等。目前对于该患者，章成国表示，已组织全院专家会诊尽全力抢救，但目前患者病情仍危重，仍需要呼吸机支持呼吸、升压药维持血压，随时有生命危险。
另外，该患者2013年于九江医院进行胸部CT检查见双肺病变，且不断进展，经广州呼研所教授会诊认为不能排除肺部肿瘤的可能，故患者的远期预后不佳，治疗难度大。
