疾病管理予防センター（以下、CDC）は、4月06日、台湾で新たにサル痘（Mpox）の本土症例2例が増えたが、2人はいずれも北部の台湾積男性で、年齢は20代及び50代で、発症日は3月22日と25日、発熱やリンパ節腫大、紅疹、水疱などの症状が現れたため、医師の診断を受けた後、検査・報告され、それぞれ3月22日及び3月25日に陽性が診断された。2人は、現在病院で隔離治療を受けているが、疫学調査の結果、高リスクの接触者計7名がリストアップされ、既に健康教育と21日間の自己健康観察を受けている。このほかに低リスクの接触者27名には既に一般的な衛生教育をし、自らの症状に注意を払うようにと指示している。わが国は昨年6月23日からサル痘を第2類の法定感染症に指定したが、これまでに患者累計23例（国内16例、輸入7例）が見つかっているが、うち3例が入院して隔離治療中、その他20例はす

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (hereinafter referred to as CDC) announced today (Apr. 06) that Taiwan added 2 new confirmed local cases of monkeypox (Mpox), they were all Taiwanese males in northern part of Taiwan aged in their 20s and 50s. The date of onset is Mar. 22 and 25 respectively with fever, lymph nodes, rash, blisters, pustules, etc. After evaluation by a doctor(s), they were tested and reported. They were confirmed positive on Mar. 28 and Apr. 1 respectively. The 2 cases are currently being treated in isolation in the hospital. A total of 7 contacts with high risks have been listed after the epidemic investigation. They have undergone health education and self-health monitoring for 21 days. The other 27 low-risk contacts have been given general health education to pay attention to their own symptoms. 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(6)日公布國內新增2例本土猴痘(Mpox)確定病例，均為北部本國籍男性，年齡為20多歲及50多歲，發病日分別為3月22日及3月25日，因身體陸續出現發燒、淋巴結腫、紅疹、水泡等症狀，經醫師評估後採檢通報，分別於3月28日及4月1日確診陽性。2例個案目前均於醫院隔離治療中，經疫調匡列相關高風險接觸者共7名，已進行衛教並自我健康監測21天，另27 名低風險接觸者已給予一般性衛教注意自身症狀。我國自去年6月23日將Mpox列為第二類法定傳染病，截至今日累計確診23例病例
