指揮センターは、「第1022号患者はフィリピン籍の30代女性出稼ぎ労働者で、出国前72時間以内の陰性証明書を携えて2021年3月25日に就労のため来台した。 彼女は来台時体温異常（39度）があったため、空港検疫スタッフが病院に後送して検査を行い、本日確定診断された（Ct値33、IgM陰性、IgG陽性）。 患者には、3月24日から呼吸困難や発熱、頭痛などの症状があったと自述している（宮本注：そうであれば、フィリピン政府が彼女を出国させてはいけなかったのではないか？と思ってしまいます）。 衛生部門は、濃厚接触者16人を把握しているが、同便の前後2列に座っていた旅客5人のうち、3人は在宅隔離対象とし、残り2人は集中検疫所に入ることとして医療スタッフが日々の健康モニタリングを行なうこととした。 搭乗員11人は適切な防護を行って自主健康管理とした」と発表。

Two new cases of COVID-19 imported from abroad, all imported from the Philippines

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (Mar. 28) that two new confirmed cases of imported COVID-19 in China (Case 1022, Case 1023) were imported from the Philippines.
The command center stated that Case 1022 was a 30-year-old Filipino female migrant worker who came to work in Taiwan on March 25, 2021, and had a negative test report within 3 days before the flight. She had an abnormal body temperature (39°C) when she entered the country. She was evacuated to the hospital by airport quarantine personnel for examination and diagnosed today (Ct value 33, IgM negative, IgG positive). The case reported that she had difficulty of breathing, fever, and headache since March 24 (Miyamoto’s note: I cannot understand why the government of the Philippines let her onboard). The health unit has acquired 16 contacts, and a total of 5 passengers in 2 rows before and after the aircraft seats. Three of them are listed as subjects of home quarantine, and the other two are subject to daily health monitoring by medical staff due to being admitted to a centralized quarantine station. The 11 crew members are all equipped with appropriate protective equipment and have independent health management.
The command center pointed out that Case 1023 was a male in his 30s coming from the Philippines who came to work in Taiwan on March 9 this year and had a negative test report within 3 days before the flight. 中央流行疫情指揮中心今(28)日公布國內新增2例境外移入COVID-19確定病例（案1022、案1023），皆自菲律賓入境。
指揮中心表示，案1022為菲律賓籍30多歲女性移工，今(2021)年3月25日來臺工作，持有搭機前3日內檢驗陰性報告，入境時因體溫異常（39°C），由機場檢疫人員後送醫院採檢，於今日確診 (Ct值33，IgM陰性，IgG陽性)。個案自述3月24日開始有呼吸困難、發燒及頭痛等症狀。衛生單位已掌握接觸者16人，飛機座位前後2排旅客共5人，其中3人列居家隔離對象，另2人因入住集中檢疫所，由醫護人員進行每日健康監測，不另外列入居家隔離；機組人員11人均著適當防護裝備，列自主健康管理。
