台湾第3のH7N9確診患者発見後の追跡継続

疾病管制署（以下CDC）が4月22日に確認している中国大陸江蘇省南京市の44歳女性 (FT#429)のH7N9インフルエンザ患者について、患者の夫及び女児を含む濃厚接触者、同じフライトの患者付近の搭乗客、旅行グループ/ガイド/運転手/グループメンバー、患者を病院に運んだホテルの運転手及び看護人員は合計で94人がいたが、そのうち2名に上気道症状が現れており、既にサンプルが送付され、検査結果は皆陰性であった。 医師の評価を経て濃厚接触者と防護不良の人たち71名には予防性投薬がなされている。 この他にこの確診患者と同グループの中国大陸からの旅行者グループとガイドなど32名については4月24日午前に中国大陸に戻っている。
台湾旅行期間中、患者が訪れた各県市の著名観光スポットやレストラン、ホテルで患者と接触のあった人たちからは調査の結果上気道に症状が出ていない。 防疫スタッフがトレースをしているが、若し発熱や咳などの症状が出た場合には、マスクをして医師にかかり、自発的に医師にその接触歴を告げるように。

As for a diagnosed case (FT#429) of H7N9 influenza imported by a 44-year-old woman from Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China, confirmed by the Department of Sickness on April 22. The close contacts consisted of her husband and daughter, passengers near her seat of the same flight, tour leader / guide / driver / members, hotel maintenance (drivers) carrying her to the hospital and medical staffs became 94 people in total. Two of them had symptoms of upper respiratory tract. They had been sent for examination and the test results were negative. A total of 71 patients who were her close contacts who were not properly protected were given prophylaxis by the physician. The other 32 passengers and team leaders of the same group of confirmed Chinese mainland passengers had returned to mainland China on the morning of April 24.
When the patient traveled to Taiwan, she visited famous sights, restaurants, and hotels in the county(s) or city(s). From those who might have any contact with the patient, no upper respiratory symptoms occurred after investigation. Anti-epidemic personnel will continue to actively track them till expiration. If the contact person should develop fever, cough, etc., wearing a mask and seek medical advice, please.
The cases of H7N9 flu in China and Hong Kong have so far been sporadically distributed, showing that the risk and threat of the epidemic are still existing. 有關疾病管制署於4月22日確認之中國大陸江蘇省南京市44歲女性(FT#429) 境外移入H7N9流感確定病例，密切接觸者包括個案的丈夫及女兒、同機座位附近旅客、旅行團領隊/導遊/司機/團員、載送個案就醫的飯店保全（司機）及醫護人員共計94人，其中有2名出現上呼吸道症狀，已採檢送驗，檢驗結果皆為陰性。經醫師評估屬密切接觸者且無適當防護共71位給予預防性投藥。另該名確定病例同團之中國大陸旅客及領隊32人均已於4月24日上午搭機返回中國大陸。
病患於台灣旅遊期間，到過縣市之著名景點、餐廳與飯店，可能曾與病患接觸者，經調查皆無出現上呼吸道症狀。防疫人員會繼續主動追蹤至期滿，若接觸者出現發燒、咳嗽等類流感症狀時，請戴上口罩就醫，並主動告知醫師接觸史。
因應中國大陸及香港迄今仍散發出現H7N9流感病例，顯示疫病流行風險及威脅仍在。目前該署針對人類禽流感旅遊疫情建議，中國大陸湖南省、安徽省、江蘇省、廣東省、福建省為第二級：警示（Alert），其餘各省市（不含港澳）仍維持第一級：注意（Watch）。該署亦提醒計畫前往疫區的民眾，務必保持良好衛生習慣，並籲請醫師於診
