台湾指揮センターは昨日（12月31日）確認されたH7N9鳥インフルエンザを持ち込んだ中国大陸江蘇省常州市の86歳男性患者は、現在病院で治療を受けているが病状は安定していると発表。実験室でのエビデンス及び濃厚接触者の一部には症状が出ていないとの初歩的結果で、伝染の可能性は高くはないとはいえ、指揮センターは依然として濃厚接触者を追跡している。 濃厚接触者には、家族2名、ガイド、運転手、医療スタッフ及び患者と同室であった患者など合計149人が含まれており、そのうち医療スタッフ3名に上気道症状がみられ、検体を送り検査中だ。 医師の評価を経て必要なものには全て予防性投薬が処方され、且つ、14日間の自主的な健康管理を要請されている。
患者が台湾旅行中に立ち寄った県市の有名観光スポットやレストラン、ホテル等で、患者と接触した可能性のある人は499人おり、うち、6人に上気道の症状が現れており、3人の症状は既に改善している。防疫スタッフは、期限まで自発的に追跡し、若し接触者に発熱や咳などのインフルエンザ様症状が出た場合には、マスクをして病院にゆき、且つ医師に対して接触歴を告知するようにされたいとしている。

The Command Center continues to track the situation of H7N9 flu from China and his associated contacts

The Command Center, yesterday (December 31, 2013), confirmed that an 86-year-old male from Changzhou city Jiangsu province as an imported case of H7N9 Avian flu, and the case is currently in a hospital for treatment and his condition is stable. Although the laboratory evidence and some close contacts are still asymptomatic situation in the initial judgment, the possibility of infection is not so high, but the command center for the sake of prudence, is still tracking the relevant contacts. Close contacts include two family members, tour guides, drivers, health care workers and the patients at the same ward with him, a total of 149 cases; among them, as three health care workers have upper respiratory symptoms, thus have been collected their specimens for testing. The physicians have been giving the needed preventive medication, and asking their own health management for 14 days.
During the period of travel to Taiwan, there were 499 people who had any contact with the case; among them, 6 people had symptoms of upper respiratory tract and 3 have already got well. Epidemic prevention personnel will continue to take the initiative to track till the expiration day, if the contact should have any fever, cough and other flu symptoms, ask for medical treatment wearing a mask, and take the initiative to inform the doctor of contact history.

有關指揮中心於昨（12/31）日確認之中國大陸江蘇省常州市86歲男性境外移入H7N9禽流感病例，目前持續於醫院接受治療，病況穩定。雖由實驗室證據及部分親密接觸者仍無症狀的情形初步研判，傳染的可能性不高，惟指揮中心為慎重起見，仍對相關接觸者進行追蹤。密切接觸者包括兩名家屬、導遊、司機、醫護人員與同病室之病患共計149人，其中有3名醫護人員有出現上呼吸道症狀，已採檢送驗。經醫師評估有需要者均已給予預防性投藥，並請其自主健康管理14天。
病患於台灣旅遊期間，到過縣市之著名景點、餐廳與飯店，可能曾與病患接觸人數經調查共有499人，其中有6人曾出現上呼吸道症狀， 3人症狀已緩解。防疫人員會繼續主動追蹤至期滿，若接觸者出現發燒、咳嗽等類流感症狀時，請戴上口罩就醫，並主動告知醫師接觸史。
因應中國大陸及香港入秋以來仍持續出現H7N9流感病例，顯示疫病流行風險及威脅增加。目前將廣東省、浙江省與江蘇省之旅遊疫情列為第二級：警示（Alert），其餘各省市（不含港澳）為第一級：注意（Watch），指揮中心
