台湾指揮センターは本日（12月31日）1名の国外から入った人にH7N9インフルエンザの患者が出たと確認。 患者（FT#149）は、中国大陸江蘇省常州市在住の86歳男性。 旅行の為12月17日に台湾入りし、12月19日より食欲不振となり、12月23日になって胸部に不快感が現れ、12月24日午前、病院の急診外来を受診、当日は両肺の肺炎で呼吸器を装着してICU病棟に入院。 12月26日に抗インフルエンザ剤が投与され、12月27日に医師が疾病官制署に通報、検体を送付、検査の結果、本日確定したが現在ICUにて治療が続けられている。 ニュース発表時点までに、指揮センターは、当該患者と同行した25人中の22人が既に12月24日に大陸に戻っていることを既に確認、娘たち2名は、まだ台湾に滞在して患者を看病しているが、この2人からは症状はみられてはいない。
指揮センターは、台湾旅行中に当該患者が桃園県、台北市、新北市、台中市、嘉義市、高雄市、台東県、花蓮県等の県市の著名な観光スポットを訪れており、当該患者には咳や発熱などの症状は旅行中には出ていなかったが、旅程の詳細や宿泊したホテル等の情報について、指揮センターはガイドと詳細についての確認をしており、旅行期間中の接触者掌握に努めている。 現在、各管区のセンターを通じて県市衛生局スタッフが旅行期間中の人・時・場所について調査を展開、務めて確実に可能性のある全濃厚接触者を掌握してリスト管理し、且つ、患者を診察した病院の医療スタッフ等の関連接触者に対する調査の展開とリスト管理をし、防御が妥当ではなかったスタッフに対しては、予防投薬をしている。 公衆衛生人員は、全ての濃厚接触者に対する衛生教育を十分に実施し、H7N9インフルエンザの自主的健康管理通知所を配布。 同

指挥中心於今（12/31）日傍晚确认一名境外移入H7N9流感病例。个案（FT#149）為一名居住於中国大陆江苏省常州市86岁男性，12/17入境台湾旅游，12/19开始出现食慾不振，12/23出现胸闷，12/24上午至医院急诊就医，当日因两侧肺炎使用呼吸器入住加护病房，12/26投予克流感，12/27医师通报至疾病管制署并採检送验，检验结果於今日确定，目前持续在加护病房中治疗。至新闻稿发布时间截止，指挥中心已确认该名患者同团25人中有22人已於12/24返回大陆，其两名女儿续留在台湾照顾病患，两人均未出现症状。
指挥中心表示，该病患於台湾旅游期间，曾到过包含桃园县、台北市、新北市、台中市、嘉义市、高雄市、台东县、花莲县等县市之着名景点，病患於旅途中并无发烧或咳嗽症状，详细之旅游史及曾住宿之饭店资料，指挥中心刻正与导游进行详细确认，以利掌握旅游期间之接触者。现已透过各区管中心，县市卫生局人员针对旅游期间之人时地展开调查，力求确实掌握所有可能之密切接触者，并将造册列管，另针对该患者就诊医院之医护等相关接触者，已展开调查及造册，对於未适当防护者，会给予预防性投药。公卫人员对於所有密切接触者均给予充分卫教以及
