2020年07月23日0時～24時までに、31省（自治区、直轄市）と新疆生産建設兵団が、新たに確診患者21例、うち海外からの輸入患者6例（広東5例、上海1例）； 国内15例（新疆ウィグル自治区13例、遼寧2例 ＝北京0例＝河北省0例）； 死亡者0例； 疑似症例1例、うち海外からの輸入1例（上海1例）； 国内0例が増えたと報告（宮本注：北京市での患者発見は18日連続でゼロ（0）、河北省は29日連続ゼロとなりました！）。
当日、新たに増えた治癒退院患者は18例、当日医学観察を解除された濃厚接触者66例、重症症例増減は ＋1例（増加）。

At 00:00 – 24:00 on Jul. 23, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported:
21 newly diagnosed case: of which six (6) cases were imported from abroad (5 in Guangdong, 1 in Shanghai), fifteen (15) in mainland China (of which 13 are in Xinjiang, 2 in Liaoning, 0 in Beijing = 0 in Hebei);
No (0) newly added death case (= 0 in Hubei);
One (1) newly added suspected case: of which one (1) case was imported from abroad (1 in Shanghai), none (0) in mainland China (= 0 in Beijing).
