2021年01月18日0時～24時までに、黒竜江省では、新たに新型コロナウィルス肺炎確診症例27例が増えたが、綏化市安達市で2例、綏化市北林区の無症状感染者から確診症例に転じた1例、チチハル市昂昂溪区の無症状感染者から確診に転じた1例、綏化市望奎県の23例（8例は無症状感染者から確診症例に転じたものを含んでいる。 新たに増えて無症状感染者は43例（綏化市望奎県20例、綏化市海倫市6例、綏化市綏棱県2例、綏化市安達市2例、チチハル市昂昂溪区1例、ハルビン市利民開発区1例、ハルビン市呼蘭区11例）となっている。
ハルビン市呼蘭区で新たに増えた無症状感染者は、呼蘭区蘭河街道幸福小区在住の17歳男子学生、王＊＊さんだ。 現地医療機関が『検査すべきものには検査を尽くそう』という中で、PCR検査の結果が陽性となり、専門家が無症状感染者と診断した。 現在定点医療機構に転送されて隔離医学観察を受けているところだ。

From 00:00 to 24:00 on January 18, 2021, Heilongjiang Province added 27 newly diagnosed cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia (2 in Suihua’s Anda City, 1 case of asymptomatic infection in Beilin District of Suihua City was converted to confirmed case, 1 case of asymptomatic infection in Ang’angxi District of Qiqihar City was converted to confirmed case, 23 cases (including 8 cases of asymptomatic infection were converted to diagnosed cases) in Wangtkui County of Suihua City.
