各省、自治区、直轄市及び新疆生産建設兵団衛生健康委（衛生計生委）疾病管理処（住血吸虫・風土病予防管理処、国務院住血吸虫病予防治療工作リーダーグループ弁公室、中国共産党中央住血吸虫症予防治療リーダーグループ、重大感染症予防治療工作委員会弁公室）、中国疾病予防管理センター“CDC”：
2019年4月26日は第25回『世界マラリアデー』だ。 健康中国建設の全体要求推進に全力を挙げて取り組むために、2020年までにマラリアを撲滅という目標実現のために、社会と民衆のマラリア予防管理意識をさらに高めるため、『世界マラリアデー』の宣伝テーマを『マラリアを絶し、国外からの輸入再伝播の防止』とする。ここに以下を要求する旨通知する：
一、 指導強化により責任を強化し、措置を講じること。
マラリア撲滅活動は、健康中国建設の重要な部分であり、各地は『世界マラリアデー』を利用し、政府の指導者に対しマラリア撲滅の進展について報告、輸入性マラリアの侵入・再伝播防止活動中に存在する困難や問題点を防止、マラリア全面的予防管理活動の各項措置について責任感をもち実施すること。
二、 連合予防連合管理で各部門の役割を発揮すること。
現時点での我が国のマラリア撲滅活動の重点は域外からのマラリア輸入とその再伝播を防ぐことである。 宣伝活動の目的は、マラリアの予防と治療に関する知識を広範に宣伝し、国外出稼ぎ者やビジネスマン、海外旅行などで国境を出入りする人々にマラリアの予防と感染後の病院へのかかり方についての意識を高めてもらうことにある。 同時に、医療機構においては輸入性マラリア患者の早期発見、早期診断で有効な治療を速やかに実施

April 26, 2019 is the 12th National Malaria Day. In order to implement the overall requirements for building a healthy China, to achieve the goal of eliminating malaria in 2020, and to further raise awareness of malaria prevention and control in society and the public, the theme of this year’s National Malaria Day is “to eliminate malaria and guard against importing malaria and its re-transmission”. The relevant requirements are hereby notified as follows:
1. Strengthen leadership, consolidate responsibilities, and implement measures.

2019年4月26日是第12个“全国疟疾日”。为落实奋力推进健康中国建设总体要求，实现2020年消除疟疾目标，进一步提高社会和公众的疟疾防控意识，今年“全国疟疾日”宣传主题是“消除疟疾，谨防境外输入再传播”。现将有关要求通知如下：
一、加强领导，夯实责任、落实措施。
消除疟疾工作是健康中国建设的重要组成部分，各地要利用“全国疟疾日”契机，主动向政府领导同志汇报消除疟疾进展，防止输入性疟疾再传播工作中存在的问题和困难，夯实责任，全面落实疟疾防控工作的各项措施。
二、联防联控，发挥各部门作用。
当前，我国消除疟疾工作重点是防控境外疟疾输入再传播。宣传活动的目的是广泛宣传疟疾预防和救治知识，提高赴境外务工、经商、旅游等出入境人员主动预防疟疾和感染后的就诊意识，同时增强医疗机构早期发现、诊断和及时有效治疗输入性疟疾病例的能力，多措并举、减少和降低疟疾输入后再传播的风险。卫生健康、海关、公安、商务、文化旅游等部门要发挥好联防联控工作机制的作用，按照各自的职责，根据输入
